On August 2012 with the help of her family and her amazing staff “Patty’s Café” opened its doors to the public and has since become a MUST in the area of La Mesa. Bringing in clientele that remembers Patty from her waitressing days to a new crowd who is just excited to try all the dishes her menu has to offer. With excellent food, great ambiance and people working hard to make your dining experience the best and hopefully make a client and a friend out of you!

The food is delicious, good portions, and staff is nice. I came here with some friends for the first time, and I ordered the Gyro plate and some fries on the side. The plate came with a greek side salad that was fresh and delicious, the meat was tender and flavorful, the tzatziki sauce was yummy, and the bread and rice were great. The fries were also nicely salted and crispy. The dishes my friends ordered also looked really good, and they said they loved their food as well. They have an array of dishes from greek, mexican, and american diner food,0and honestly everything looks good, so I don’t think you could go wrong with any of the food. Overall great place to eat and I will definitely be coming back to try more

This is a gem for breakfast. This place is worth the drive if you do not live close by. One of the best places to have a normal old-style meal. I love it! The staff is friendly and fast, you will not be sorry about going to have a bite to eat. They serve more than breakfast if you would want to try their lunch. I am sure it will be great.

Simple diner that had nice waitresses. Not to busy for an Easter brunch. Food tastes great. One small accident in the order they actually corrected as I asked about it. They were on it with very quick and courteous service. Recommend this place for a nice breakfast.

Ok food but good service. We sat outside since we had a dog. Food came out quickly for Saturday lunch time. Serves full menu all day so we all got breakfast. Good place to go after a hike.

I had the frittata and a piece of French toast we got for the table. Everything was delicious, the waitress was attentive and sweet as pie. Very nice place for breakfast. I haven’t had their lunch yet but, I will!

The atmosphere is good. Most visits it’s quiet. Easy to have a conversation. Been going there since it first opened, for several years. We use to go to the Miramar Cafe. Same owners. On Miramar Road. I worked nearby. Same great food and service. A little louder inside but not bad.
