If I were to say that the singular experience is motivating me to start doing food reviews of ethnic and cultural food in Wisconsin, that would be an understatement to my experience at Patty and Pablo’s. My husband and I first time walking in there. Comfortable and inviting.

We started off with coffee. I had a ice latte, while my husband had a cup of coffee. I respond immediately to my first step. Slight release of happiness that my coffee was strong sweet and savory. Refreshing absolutely. We ordered the steak asada, huevos rancheros, and the Chiliequete.
The steak asada made me want to kiss the chef. The shoe string fries maintain their crunchiness while absorbing all of the various sauces. The lime and the cilantro brought that brightness, all around balanced with perfect amount of salt. Sincerely brought some tears in my eyes. My experience continued while time after time played over the speakers in rhythmic Mexican guitar.
By the time the main courses arrived I was near full. Several bites into my breakfast, I started to feel a second wind. Beyond my happiness and content, I had to surrender and ask for a box to bring home. At this moment all the leftovers are annihilated.
Beyond anything, the refried beans stood out to me the most. This is a black bean refried bean. Eating it I didn’t get the subtle flavor of peanut butter, like most refried beans from Mexican family restaurants. These were clean bright and refreshing. I could also tell that these beans were soaked not from a can. As far as I can tell this is a from scratch restaurant ❤️❤️❤️ 100/100 Will be back!!

I loved the food – best brunch! Super friendly service from this family restaurant! I had the Huevos Rancheros which, for SAP fans, Pablos has the original recipe. Chilaquiles, french toast, everything! So good. Be patient with service – it is mom and dad cooking and kids running the front service! Worth it – stop by!!

Our visit to Patty & Pablo’s was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The place had a great atmosphere — clean, bright, and welcoming — and the staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

The chilaquiles were absolutely incredible. The flavors came together perfectly, and the texture was spot on — easily one of the best breakfast dishes I’ve had in a long time. I added chorizo, which was excellent, giving the dish just the right amount of spice without overpowering the rest of the meal.

I also tried the horchata, which was okay — not bad, just a little more mild than I expected. Meanwhile, the boys ordered waffles, which they thought were just average. Looking back, they all said they would’ve preferred to go with the tacos, which looked amazing at the next table over.

Even with those minor notes, everything about the visit — from the service to the atmosphere — made it clear that Patty & Pablo’s puts a lot of care into what they do. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with pride. We left full and happy, and we’d definitely come back again, especially for those chilaquiles!

The hype over Patty and Pablo’s is well deserved. Mexican flavors abound! The drink and coffee selections are top notch, too. It’s not a huge place, but it feels open and comfortable since the ceilings are high. Plus, the staff is accommodating and friendly. I might have eaten two breakfasts. I guess it’s allowed. ¡Dios mío!

Been here twice now. Both times were great. Was busier on the Saturday but still got in easily for a family of 4. On a Tuesday was seated immediately and did came out in minutes, faster than the horchata latte. Highly recommend the chilaquiles and the horchata latte. Family all enjoyed that’s too.

Finally tried Patty and Pablo’s, and wow—so delicious! I went for something new: chilaquiles with chorizo, and every bite was packed with flavor. I also ordered a chicken gordita, and I loved that it was made authentically, the traditional way. Both dishes were outstanding! This place has quickly become one of my new favorite spots.

Absolutely amazing breakfast spot in downtown Kaukauna! Wonderful service that makes you feel right at home, and food that heals the soul.

The Mexican hot chocolate is great, try it if you haven’t had it before, it’s not super sweet, but very chocolate forward.

The chilaquiles are awesome, definitely something I can’t wait to try again. The jalapeno pancake really sets the tone too, I highly recommend it.

I got the Brioche French Toast with cream cheese and berry topping and it WAS INCREDIBLE! One of the best things I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. No joke the first bite had me in love. I usually don’t take the time to leave reviews but the food and staff were exceptional!!

When I heard about Patty and Pablo’s, I couldn’t wait to try it! My family went for breakfast and had a great experience. I had the homestyle eggs with refried beans and tortillas. The beans were very flavorful and the eggs were fluffy and tasty. My husband got the chicken and waffles, which had a delicious jalapeño maple syrup. My son’s omelet was huge and came with a side of crispy potatoes. Overall, the food was terrific. Service was a tad slow, but there were only two waitresses working, so we were understanding. They worked hard and were very kind. We will definitely be back!

Very good food. We came for brunch at noon in Saturday. All the tables were full, but we only waited a few minutes to be seated. The eggs Benedict were delicious.
