Excellent food truck at The Pines Dines. I love their chicken pad Thai, but of course they have other choices. There is fried rice, curry, stir-fry, a couple dishes with egg, and even crab pad Thai. They give you a choice of spice level, and since I like my food about as spicy as mayonnaise, their mild spice level is perfect for me. I recommend giving them a try if you like Thai food. One more thing -they do put chopped peanuts on top of their pad Thai dishes. They’re normally really good about asking beforehand if this okay, but people with peanut allergies should be aware.

Awesome food, fast and friendly service. I had the pork drunken noodles extra hot. I really like that they added sliced cabbage, it made a nice texture contrast on the noodles. I feel like it had a good heat but could have been spicier, but I feel that way about practically every meal. My wife had the chicken pad see ew, which was also delicious. Both meals were a generous size, had a good ratio of meat, noodles, vegetables, and sauce. Would go back without hesitation.

I ordered Panang Curry and expected fresh veg (green/red peppers, green beans and Thai Basil) with my chicken, as was in the picture. What I actually got was reheated frozen veg (mixed carrot squares with peas and small green beans). There were 3 strips of red pepper, no green and no basil; very little chicken. I ate the little bit of fresh food before taking my picture, but here’s how much frozen veg I paid for. Very disappointing. The place gets a 2 rating only because the sauce has a reasonable flavor. Not worth a revisit.

Great small business food cart with fresh sea food. The crab fried rice was fantastic, big chunks of crab, rice was nicely fried, great flavors. The small menu helps them focus. Closes at 7pm, so go early, the entire food cart pod closes at 7pm.

I order pad see ew at many Thai restaurants. It’s my go-to dish. The pad see ew from Pattaya had no flavor at all. It tasted like nothing, honestly. I took a few bites and decided not to finish it and went to my trusted Thai Bay (by Gallucci’s Pizza) in North Lincoln City. Thai Bay is the best Thai food in Lincoln City.

I ordered an eggplant tofu dish and the quality and flavor was incredible. A super healthy, but delicious lunch, perfectly prepared.
