She deserves more stars than 5. Patsy’s bakery was absolutely amazing. I came to patsy 6 months before my wedding with a picture of a wedding cake. She took the time to understand what I wanted, and periodically checked in with me to make sure everything was still on track. She made this cake, cupcakes & donuts with love and it showed. Everyone at my wedding was raving about how amazing the desserts were. Not many people knew about the bakery “behind pals in church hill” but I can guarantee she has a few extra fans in the future. She made a cake that was better than the picture I showed her. It was better than I could have ever imagined. Thank you so so so much for sharing your talent, passion & love to bake. You are absolutely amazing.

In October, Pam donated 2 dz. Cookies to the Friends of the Church Hill Library Open House & we bought 2 dz. for our meeting this month. Sugar, peanut butter & assorted others, which were all a hit. Personally, I prefer a softer peanut butter cookie, but the flavor was spot-on, and I could eat 2 dz of those huge sugar cookies, all by myself!

They made my wedding cake for our small wedding 3 years ago and it was the most beautiful thing ever. It was also very fairly priced. They have the best donuts and other sweets, and also deli sandwiches! I love Patsy’s and will always come here for sweets.

The customer service was great! The gentlemen greeted me as soon as I walked in the door, and he was very polite. Everything in the store looked outstanding from cake to cookies to pie to doughnuts. I was recommended to go their and try the cream cheese Danish. And keep in mind I’m not a fan of cream cheese at all but they were delicious! Overall, I got 6 cream cheese danishes, a love knot, a cinnamon roll,a pineapple stix, and 6 sugar cookies. And the total was right under 14 bucks, so the price was great too. Overall, wonderful little bakery DEFINATELY recommend it and will for sure go against soon.

I went with a 3 start because this place is hit or miss on their baked goods. They have some really good items and then there are some that are just a disappointment. The cream cheese pastries are delicious. The apple fritters are a big disappointment, they have absolutely NO apples. I have had better from a gas station. The carrot cake is a box mix without a doubt. I can make that same cake from a box, and it is dry. So I am middle ground here.

Nice family run business, we always enjoy the cinnamon buns and love knots plus the pecan cookies & nut bars are delicious. We get the bbq sandwich here too, it’s very good. Highly recommend.

Avoid!! I ordered 3 cakes from here and everytime I wait 35 min because they haven’t even started making them. No more chances! People were walking out left and right because they were making themselves lunch instead of cakes that were ordered days prior. I even called the morning of to make sure it would be ready.
