Since becoming a cancer patient, my food options have been pretty limited, especially needing to stick strictly to gluten free meals. Finding places that truly get it and still deliver on flavor is not easy. Pat’s Pizza absolutely nailed it. Their gluten free pizza is hands down the best I’ve had in Delaware. The crust, the taste, everything was spot on, and it didn’t feel like a “compromise” meal at all. I’m incredibly grateful to have a place like this where I can enjoy amazing pizza and still feel safe and satisfied. Highly recommend.

Ordered pizza with extra sauce! Cut into 16 pieces each pizza.. .. well done ! GOT NONE IF THESE, but pepperoni! Called they said they would come get pizza and refund the only the uneaten ones.. no bringing the correct order and picking up wrong one! NO SAUCE! Ordered extra.. not well done! I rarely leave bad reviews, but the experience I continue to have with the manager at this location needs to be addressed. Every time I stop by, he is extremely rude, dismissive, and has an attitude for no reason. It’s not just a one-time situation either, this has been a pattern on multiple visits, and I’ve seen him treat other customers the same way.
Customer service should never feel like an inconvenience, especially from a manager who is supposed to set the example. The rest of the staff is usually polite, but his behavior consistently overshadows that. I hope ownership steps in, because the way he speaks to people is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire store.

Both the cheese steak, and the fries were really good! Only issue was the amount of pepper on my fries. Not sure why they sprinkled so much, but after I scraped it off..they were good.

I’m from New York, so already my expectations are high lol. Pat’s comes pretty close to NY pizza. They are my go to spot in Wilmington and when there were issues with my order they resolved them. I feel they don’t deserve a 3.4. Seems like a few isolated incidents brought their score down.

Depends on who’s answering the phone but the salad ceaser to be exact is always on point however the prices is always different I order the same salad every single time and today the “owner/manager” gets on the phone hollering about they never charge me for this and that which is a lie bc when the salad comes the receipt is present as well ..just to for fyi the salad is 12.95 but with xparm add eggs and tomato with two x dressing you not gone charge me $21 like come on that’s a big gap and it doesn’t even have chicken …killing me

Got a stromboli from this place. It was okay as strombolis go, would have given four stars probably. But they gave me ketchup packets. Since when does ketchup go with that? It’s supposed to be a little tub of pizza sauce. I don’t know if it’s extra for sauce or you have to ask for it, but ketchup packets? Absolutely not.

I’ve ordered from this spot and the flavors are there. Not a NY style place but truly enjoy the flavors of their sauce and cheese. Their buffalo waffle cheese fries are also good.

Call to place an order and was not serviced because they said I was out of delivery zone referred me to a different location which I called that location, I was told the same thing. I called three different locations and was told they would not delivered to my house even though I lived 10 to 15 minutes away from EACH location. Workers was very disrespectful. Very rude. Hung up the phone on me and refused to service me. I will never ever ever in my life order from Pats ever again. Do not waste your time or your money at this location very horrible. Zero stars if I could give it that.

*(A word of caution for the women before purchasing from this particular store! )* The owner/manager at this place is very rude. I placed my order yesterday through slice. My daughter arrived at the store to pick up my order. The owner/ manager tells her she needs to pay for the food. So my daughter assumes the order must not have processed. She hands the owner/ manager my card and he proceeded to swipe my card several times resulting in one pending charge from slice and two pending charges from pats. Then he proceeded to tell my daughter there’s no money on this card. So my daughter being confused calls me and I tell her that’s a credit card not a debit card and to let me speak to the owner. The owner yells what you don’t understand Spanish! Mind you he is speaking English and so am I. I instructed my daughter to leave the store. The owner/ manager jumps in his vehicle and proceeds to follow my daughter back to our development. By this time I am on my way to the store to situate the excessive amount of charges and return the food. I arrive at the store and the owner/ manager wants to continue to yell. I don’t understand what you don’t understand Spanish! I picked up the phone to contact the police, my credit card company or whoever to see what can be done and the owner/manager says call whoever you want I’m not giving you no money back by the end of the situation my family members arrived after becoming curious to what was taking so long and that was when the owner/ manager became super helpful and finally voided out the transactions. So this is giving that this unprofessional owner has a problem dealing with female customers.
