Not one, not two, but 6 flavors that were vegan-friendly. I had an oatmilk shake this time, but I will be back a lot more. Soooo delicious!! Such a cute shop inside, with great friendly, helpful staff.

It was awesome because they let you pick any flavor to turn into a milk shake. I ordered the Italian ice and it was a lit more creamy than expected (not sure if they add cream). I do not know why people are saying it’s expensive. I say it’s average price. Everyone in there was treated nice and had a good attitude. I just wish they had more customer interaction when you first walk in.

Awful service…sign on the tip jar says “to ensure proper service” is just ridiculous. Wanted to try a flavor and was told they were “low on sample spoons” but offered samples to customers before and after us. Was rude to my wife and I from the start but overly friendly to guest before and after us. Just didn’t make sense.

I always really want to like Pats, they are locally owned and the creamery they get the ice cream from is really good. But the customer service and customer experience sucks the fun out of the ice cream. The owner is short with customers and makes you feel like you’re an inconvenience. My 6yo asked to sample a flavor and the owners reaction was clearly annoyed. So much so, my 8yo took notice and decided not to ask for a sample. We go here a few times a year because we love the ice cream, but I can’t keep supporting this place. I have never received a smile, a friendly hello, or any appreciation for coming in. Hands down the worst customer experience I can imagine at what should be a fun outing with the family.
Finally, The pricing is completely unjustified. The scoops are not full scoops and they nickel and dime you for every sprinkle (literally). The pricing is very high and not worth what you get.

The two workers were super friendly, offered to let us try flavors before we officially decided on what we wanted, and gave us an overall welcoming experience. The ice creams pictured from left to right are a banana fudge split with Superman and birthday cake. And the right is a chocolate dipped chocolate waffle bowl with kitty kitty bang bang, peppermint stick, and the African chocolate icecream. Delicious!

This place is amazing. Pat is so friendly and their product is always top notch. It’s reasonably priced compared to other cone/bowl single serving ice cream establishments. It does get costly if you’re looking to bring home a quart or half gallon of your favorite flavor but I still think it’s worth it for the quality.

Delicious ice cream, parking was a little rough with the construction. Price wasn’t horrible but compared to other ice cream shops we have been to it was a little high for what we got ( serving wise). Overall and enjoyable experience.
