This is for sure one of the iconic places in Tucson. In my opinion is definitely a must visit if visiting Tucson to get chili dogs. I been coming to pats for years now and I’m never let down. The chili cheese dogs and the fries are aways very tasty. The service is aceptable yet the last time I was there the people at the front will serve their friends before the customers they don’t know. I also took a picture of my receipt to show some of the prices (picture attached) I will highly recommend and must definitely return.

During busy hours, it can take a bit to get your food, but it’s worth it. Fish sandwich is great as are the dogs and onion rings. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Conveniently located right off freeway too!

Had the worst service today in fifty five years ! Placed the order with a young lady who had to write it down. Which I’ve never seen in my life there. Waited for 15 minutes while all the people on the right side window are placing orders after me are being served.???? I asked to cancel my order and why I hadn’t been served before? She stated that she was checking people off the list and I was the last one! And slammed the screen shut! You need to talk to her Charlie please.

Normally, we experience good customer service and food service, but today’s visit wasn’t satisfactory. The male staff member taking our order was a bit rude at first and I tried not to pay any mind to it. Then, we noticed other orders placed after us were being fulfilled. My boyfriend asked about the order and was received rudely. There was an issue with not receiving an order of fries, and a female staff member was also rude to my boyfriend when he asked about the two beverages he ordered. Service was so bad that one of the other patrons was upset as he too hadn’t received his order and he drove off. Such a shame for a mom and pop shop. I hope to receive better service if and when we decide to return.
