Wow!!! 6 stars out of 5 🙂 amazingly great Mexican food. Fajitas were plentiful and ultra flavorful. Best Mexican meal I’ve had in several years. Queso and chips/salsa were even great. Friendly and quick service by Ariana. Atmosphere was also excellent.

Flavorful, colorful, and truly delicious. They serve guacamole made right in front of your eyes. Everything is fresh and made with love. The atmosphere feels like home, warm and very friendly, and our waitress Gigi is absolutely amazing! She makes you feel like you’re visiting a cousin’s house, not just dining at a restaurant. Patron is one of those places you leave with a full heart, not just a full stomach.

Always a good time at Patrons Mexican Grill in Wexford. The margaritas are solid every time, and you really can’t beat $5 margs and $1.50 tacos on Mondays—easily one of the best deals around. The tacos are simple but hit the spot, and the margaritas have just the right kick.
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick bite or hanging out for a while, it’s always a good choice. Food’s good, drinks are strong, and the prices make it even better. Definitely a go-to spot.

Carlos the bartender is amazing, with top of the line service. He treated us like “royals”!! This was my first time here and I will definitely be back and will recommend Patrons to everyone I know. The food, drinks and incredible service are truly worth a visit.

We are always reluctant to go to Mexican restaurants outside of New Mexico. Patron Grill in Pittsburgh, though, was not disappointing. The chile relleno was the best I have had outside of NM, though my spouse thought it had too much cheese. Other menu items were similarly good. The refried beans were pretty runny but you can trade out for black beans. The house margaritas were typical for restaurant drinks though you could actually taste the tequila. Portions are generous. Even on a Friday evening the parking lot was not quite full and there was no wait for a table. Busy but not too busy.
If you like it spicy, ask for hot sauce.
