Food was adequate. It was loud as all get out in the restaurant and the service wasn’t great, especially considering the prices. Seek Italian elsewhere.

Today my friend and I decided to go out for lunch at Patrizio. What a lovely time we had! I ordered the Sicilian Salmon and she ordered the Pappagano. Both dishes were extremely delicious and full of flavor. Prices were very reasonable, service was attentive and the atmosphere was so enjoyable. Most definitely will be back!!

Wow. This restaurant has it all. I cannot say enough about how delicious the food is here. I would highly recommend the chicken and mushroom lasagna if you ever drop by and eat at this location.

On top of the amazing food, the service was just as awesome. Our server, Alvin, did everything he could to ensure that our experience was pleasant. I went with my family on one of the busiest nights at the shopping center and still received remarkable service.

This location is a must eat!

What a great restaurant. I was in a pinch and needed some food delivered to my mom, who was sick. They live about 10 minutes from the restaurant, but the restaurant does not deliver. When I told the manager my story, he had one of his employees drive the food out to my mom. I could not be more thankful to this restaurant for helping me in a pinch. I grew up in Texas and now live in California. One of the things I miss the most is the friendliness of the Texas people. I am happy to report that the Texas hospitality is alive an well with the folks at Patrizio Restaurant. Bonus points…my mom LOVED the food!

Food is okay. Price is fair. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. I would only visit if I have a large party and need to accommodate a last second reservation. I would easily visit a chain like Olive Garden for same or better Italian food. If not a chain is your desire and you don’t care about decor the food at Alfornos is better.

UPDATE: still haven’t received refund from them after 2 weeks. Now have to dispute charge through bank. Went from 2 stars to 1

Ordered to go. Food was ready quicker than they said on the phone which was nice. Drove home and opened the bag of French bread we asked for and it was about 6 of those half pieces you see at some Italian restaurants. My two year old could have eaten all the bread and then some. Bummer. Opened the pasta and saw it took up almost half of the container. Both of them. Real skimpy on the portions in my belief.

We have dined in before and it was always just OK and expensive for just OK. Tried again tonight and was disappointed in the portions for the price.

To their credit, I brought the food back and asked for a refund. They said it was a full order. Asked for money back anyway and they agreed to do so. No trouble with that. They did say it would be 2-3 business days before I saw it credited. Will report in a few days.

Ordered Palio’s down the street and total cost was $29 and good. They gave us half of a full size baguette per order.

I really like the atmosphere here and it is surprisingly an easy place to take the family. The food is good. We have had service issues at about 50% of our visits. It usually is just extremely slow food or being forgotten. On a recent visit, the table next to us was having the same issues and we ended up bonding over the 65 minute food wait {that is 65 minutes sitting WITH three grade school aged boys}. Usually this is a great place to eat, just don’t feel bad about speaking up if things don’t seem to be going according to schedule.

Food is really okay. Service is good. But, pasta is nothing special. We won’t come back.

Not bad, but when I received the spinach artichoke appetizer I was surprised to find a plastic thread baked into the bread. I returned it to the waiter, who sent the manager out to explain that they didn’t bake the bread.

I was even more surprised to find that I had to pay for the thread and appetizer….is it really worth going back to this Patrizio Highland Village………..NO, I don’t think so.

Average meal, average service and paid for something I couldn’t eat.

We ate here as a family ordering the lasagna several salads and pasta. The lasagna came out super dry on the sauce tasted like it came out of a can. The salads were brought out with excessive amounts of salad dressing on them when we had asked for the salad dressing to be on the side. When we complain to the manager we were told if we didn’t like it we could leave but we would have to pay our bill. While I was in the bathroom I also noticed an employee with what look like a chefs hat and one of the bathroom stalls and then exit in the bathroom without washing his hands. Is this who is making our food? Save your money for a restaurant with a sense of dignity and respect for their customers.
