The food & service has made a great improvement lately. ( last 4-6 months) I go more often now, I love the sandwiches/fries and the fresh-ness has been pretty consistent. ( they are human so I dont always expect perfection, just my moneys worth) I tried the fried chicken salad today and it was great. The patri-tots are bomb too. I hope they keep it up, waiting an extra few minutes is worth it to get it all fresh.

The tenders are the way to go. The sandwiches have too much bread in my opinion. The shakes are amazing and their funnel fries with powdered sugar…a delicious desert after a nice, hot, fresh food. Definitely recommend this place. Enjoy!

Stopped by here on my lunch break and it was the worst mistake. The girl at the drive thru wasn’t exactly little miss sunshine no personality at all and after getting my food which I paid good money for I looked at it and it was horrible the chicken tenders weren’t even 3 inches long the fries were soggy it was just horrible I understand why this place is always a ghost town

The Tenders was fantastic. The breading was perfect and crunchy seasoned well some of the best I’ve had! And the fact you pulled up and ordered on the screen yourself was super cool. But downside, my toast was soft and super soggy, and my fries tasted like they were sitting in a warmer for 2 hours they were also super soft and soggy. Other than that it was a nice place for a quick bite decent prices as well.

This chicken is better than any of the other food chains. A very nice light batter made in the house. The ranch dressing is one of the best I’ve had. It’s also made in house. Patriot sauce is a must have and their crinkle fries are delicious. You can thank me later for ordering the funnel cake fries it’s like going to the fair !! The chocolate shake is very good. Taste better than your average milkshake. Customer service was excellent. Two ladies were helping me at the drive-through one was named Aaron and the other one was named Liz. Visited on Fourth of July where they had their annual celebration. Definitely coming back!!

First time in today, wasn’t busy so pretty quick. 1. The self serve order screen is pretty easy if you take a minute and just look at it. I would like the option for an order taker lane or maybe 1 or 2 automated lanes. 2. Prices are typical for most places now, I read a lot of other reviews and just wonder where they are getting prices for decent food. 3. Chicken is very moist and tender. The breader is really good and not too spicy. The breading was a little thicker than typical other places for a good really hand breaded tender. But it wasn’t what I would call a “fritter”. 3. Funnel cake fries…didn’t get enough powdered sugar but they were scrumptious. 4. Sandwich was good. 5. Fries needed to be cooked longer, looked like they got rushed on the cooking.
The tip thing I read in other reviews I would just say…don’t tip if you don’t want to. If it is good, tip when you come back…if it isn’t don’t come back. I understand if you want good people working for them to take care of you they have to compete with everyone else offering tipping options. Didn’t bother me either way because you don’t have to do it.
TL:DR. They got the chicken right and did it fast and chicken is in the name.

I wanted to come July 4th (opening) but the line was packed and starting on Rutledge Pike. Plus it closed early (around 5ish) because they didn’t have any chicken left. So I came today July 6, 2023.
They should also check their times because I saw their hours were from 6;30am – 9pm which is not true cause they close at 7pm. I saw a few cars go in around 8:30om.
The menu didn’t have many choices. Either chicken strips or sandwiches. Maybe in the future they might add more. The prices were expensive though.
I had 3 chicken tenders with fries, 2 sauces, Texas toast and sweet tea. All for $16+
Chicken was good, tasty and fresh. So soft it was practically coming apart. The fries were pale, well cooked but very salty. I didn’t like the Patriots sauce. It tasted too garlicky but I did like the BBQ sauce. The Texas toast was bland and cold. The sweet tea was nasty though. It was very bland.

We’ve loved this spot since moving to the area in 2023 and the food has always been consistently good for us. Service could be slow but we were ok with it because that meant the food was fresh. But in the last few months things have gone noticeably downhill. The chicken is dry and the strips are super small now. The fries are soggy and boring, as is the toast. The portion sizes have clearly shrunk (even the box it comes in is smaller). And now each meal only comes with 1 sauce instead of 2. The patriots sauce is amazing but it’s not enough to keep us coming by. We used to struggle to finish a 3 strips meal and now it’s barely enough to fill me up. We want to keep coming and support this local business but we won’t be coming by again if this is what we’re gonna get for the same price we’ve always paid

Secondly we paid over $10 for this sorry excuse of a lunch you see in the picture.
Idk how you expect to stay in business when Food City sells literally everything on your menu and is higher quality, bigger portions, and cheaper, not to mention it’s right across the street.
