I’ve been to Patna Sweets & Restaurant many times and really like the food, it’s always good. However, the service is consistently poor whenever the girl from today is at the counter. The boy who sometimes works there, on the other hand, is excellent, polite, attentive, and professional.
She, unfortunately, is not very good at customer service, and quite frankly, they should get someone else instead of her to manage the counter. Every time she’s there, the experience is disappointing.
The food deserves five stars, but the service really brings down the overall experience.

The sweets are really good I bought so many. They had different varieties. I also had lunch there with my family and the food was good. It was a little spicy for me but it was really good it had a sweet and spicy flavour. I also had panner pakora and it was good too.

very terrible service. I ordered chole bhature and I found a piece of glass. it wasn’t even a small piece it was a pretty big one. when I went and complained she refused and said no. she also said that they don’t sell chole. I was very furious because my child almost choked. the lady standing in front was very rude and had a very bad attitude. people like her should be fired. and there shop should be closed. never come here im warning you
