I came in for a meal at night and had the cheese pizza. The pizza was smaller than expected for the price, but it did taste pretty good. The people who worked at this bakery were nice. It seems like there is more options earlier in the day, and I have not been there earlier in the day. I do recommend that you check this place out.

Wonderful coffeeshop ideal for working! Very quiet and amazing food options on the menu. Also it’s strict kosher dairy. Great place!

Their caramel salt chocolate chip cookies are soft and might be one of the best baked goods I’ve ever ordered from a restaurant. Pair it with an espresso or dark coffee and you’re golden. I first went to their location on the upper east side and was impressed. Chalav Yisroel is the big reason I started going here. Highly recommend, 10/10

The place was nice and cozy. Unfortunately, the service was slow and inexperienced. I was halfway thru my sandwich and I hadn’t received my coffee. There had been 3 or 4 people who had received their food and drinks, yet still no coffee for me. Also, the sanitation needs to be reviewed. I saw flies hovering the bread and quiche on display.

The only upside was that the sandwich I ordered was pretty tasty. Next time I’ll order food to go. It seems they’re better at that

Weirdest interaction with the cashier. Made me wait 5 minutes before acknowledging me (no line, maybe 3 customers total in the store). I asked if they sold full-size cheesecakes to which she replied “we’ve never done that”. What an odd response since I’ve bought the full size cheesecakes before- not from this location but from Patis in general- which I had told her. Her response was simply a shrug.
Just an odd interaction and not very friendly overall. Could’ve just said “we don’t sell those at this location”, or if she didn’t know the answer, could’ve just said “i dont know”.
Was planning to get a couple of other desserts, but the entire interaction just made me feel off so I just left and went to Le Farine down the block.
No wonder Patis locations are closing left and right, and the stores just get emptier and emptier over time. Hire more knowledgable and/or friendly staff!

Patis is a true haven for pastry enthusiasts. From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by an impressive array of beautifully laminated pastries that instantly made my mouth water. The standout for me was the delectable strawberry croissant, bursting with flavor and perfectly flaky. However, it’s worth mentioning that everything at Patis is simply amazing. The selection of fresh sourdough bread, available in different varieties, was a delightful surprise. The sandwiches were equally delicious, but the mushroom, tomato, and spinach combination stole my heart. And let’s not forget the small tarts, which were nothing short of fantastic. Patis is a must-visit for those seeking a taste of pastry paradise.

I’m such a fan everything here is delicious (especially the soup al pistou with pesto and melted Parmesan) and you can get an amazing lunch deal half a pizza + soup for $10. Basically unheard of for Kosher food (cholov yisrael!) in Manhattan or anywhere.
Drinks and pastries are also fantastic!
Very grateful for this service to the community!!!

Warm, bright spot for coffee, tea, snack, or lunch. Nice spot to meet up with a friend. Lots of tempting baked goods as well as a menu full of salads and sandwiches, vegetable some tasty and vegetarian options. The salad bar selections are pretty great and include lots of grains and beans and other proteins as well. I will for sure return here when I have a pleasant hour of solitary time to kill.

decor is good but seating is limited and their iced drinks are just filled with ice. not bad as a last resort as there isn’t much in the area.
