UPDATE 1: A friend and I were looking for a nice glass of wine and a bite. So we stopped in yesterday at Patio Tapas and so glad we did. I decided to fancy myself with foie grass with a glass of merlot. This made my day!
UPDATE 2: we stopped in this week before going to the beach. We got these delicious sandwiches and they had amazing camarelized onions. I also got the octopus salad which was great. If you love shared plates, this is your place to go. And Jacobo the server has that Madrid charm and accent.
The star of the show has to be the Churrasco—it was truly the best I’ve ever had, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The Patatas Bravas were absolutely fantastic; crispy on the outside, fluffy inside, and covered in a delicious sauce. Honestly, every single tapa we tried was top-notch and authentic.
To top it all off, the drink selection was excellent. The Tinto de Verano was incredibly refreshing and perfectly mixed, and the ice-cold Estrella Galicia was a great complement to the food. If you are looking for an amazing culinary experience in Boca Raton, look no further than Patio Tapas Bar!
Our server, Erika, was very friendly and super attentive, checked on us at the right moments, and never overdid it. Plates were cleared at the perfect time too, (none of that awkward grabbing-while-you’re-still-eating thing lol).
The food was delicious. The montaditos were sooo good, especially the pork belly and the pork loin ones. And the shrimp appetizer with the wine sauce… wow. Make sure you get extra bread to dip.
I also recommend the octopus.
A couple tips:
• Make a reservation if you’re going on the weekend, it gets busy.
• And Mondays they have montaditos half off, which is such a great deal!
We left super happy. Definitely going back!
Beware, THE SPECIALS are only at happy hour time. So “Montadito Monday” is not all Monday, it applies during the 3-7 happy hour frame.
The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with a lovely mix of cozy charm and vibrant energy. The staff were friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do — they even took the time to explain the menu and recommend some favorites.
Highly recommend!
Don’t expect something fancy, during busy hours be patient or just raise your hand for the staff, they are overloaded.
Food is very good and price is amazing.
Had the traditional tortilla, excellent!! And a glass of sangria for only 13 bucks, never seen in the area…
Live music started around 7:30Pm, very fun and beautiful but it is very loud.
