Patio Grill and Bar is inside of Crowne Plaza Hotel and it’s pretty good for hotel food! I stayed at Crowne Plaza for 4 nights and had complimentary breakfast as well as a $6 drink vouchers for each night, so I got discounted cocktails. For dinner, I enjoyed the appetizers like the 3 tacos and quesadilla. The steak was not bad but not the best. I had the bartender make off-menu cocktails and they were really tasty! The wait staff has exceptional customer service!

Gray freezer burnt pork on the cuban! Never again!!! The worst part is they advertised this on the room service menu. They don’t serve a full menu to the hotel guest, but the fact they even put this on the menu makes me really upset. Also asked specifically about quesadillas, and they said they don’t serve them. Service was on point. The staff were amazing at being very attentive and sweet. Food was delicious and well priced and the atmosphere spot on. No complaints. Can’t wait to go back! Breakfast was free. There was everything you could think of to eat. Supper was just as delicious buffet style with grilled steak, chicken, salmon, steamed broccoli, baked potatoes with all the sides, Ceasar ckn salad, and cheese cake for only $25!

We were in town for a weightlifting competition and we were so glad to have this restaurant in the hotel. The service from both the bar and the restaurant were perfect! Very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious! Great quality and options. I’d highly recommend eating here during your stay!

Let me first off say that I eat alot of mexican and tex mex food. The salsa at this place is like a can of tomatoe sauce with a small amount of seasoning in it. The bowls that the so called salsa was in smelled awful like they had been washed over and over again in dirty dish water. The chicken fajitas were dry and the chicken had a really bad after taste so we didn’t eat it. Needless to say the the unsweetened tea and diet coke where the best tasting things at the table I’d say don’t waste your time or money.

Restaurant convenient for conference attendees as parking is tough to get with the number of participants and in/out was not an easy task. Food is ok, not great, pricey for the quality of food, staff were friendly and worked hard for the customers, thus, the only reason I returned each day. If it had not been for the serving staff, a quick snack from the vending machine would have worked. Conference, restaurant, bellman, front desk; let’s just say, all around, the staff was amazing, very helpful, pleasant, and extremely professional. Hotel gets a 5, the restaurant food gets a 2. Overall rating 3

Check your credit card statement after eating here to make sure you don’t get overcharged. I paid $80 with the tip included for 2 people including drinks. When I checked my credit card statement however, I found the Crowne Plaza had charged $88 to my card. I contested this amount (of course) and got the charge reduced to the correct amount of $80. I had also tipped the piano player and the chef grilling steaks, so the total hit for the night was about $100. I actually didn’t think the cost was unreasonable, but I didn’t appreciate the surprise Crowne Plaza add-on charge to my card.
