The filet mignon sandwich was really good. The meat was tender, the cheese. It was good, and the caramelized onions were really nice. The downside is that it’s $28 dollars. That’s why I can’t give it a higher rating. The taste was great though.

The meat was falling out. Of the sandwich, it isn’t chopped up like a regular cheese steak. I ta falling out of the sandwich like a regular piece of steak! But it’s chunky and n layers like it was slapped on the grilll! I would understand this for closing weekend but opening weekend it’s actually shocking! Every bite pulls the meet out I don’t understand it. I could talk more but I don’t know what’s going on!!!!

Great ballpark meal with very pleasant service. Call ahead and get a table overlooking the indoor batting cages. Filet sandwich was delicious as was the burger. Everyone at the table was pleased with their choices: Berkshire Chop, Strip Steak, and Surf and Turf. Would come again.

We visited again, where do I begin on how nice the staff and Steve the Manager is. The food was delicious, again! So because we arrived close to game time Steve the Manager made sure we had all our left over food in to go containers so we can finish at the seat, even dessert. Its really nice that every customer matters here. If your not happy talk to Steve, he is a pleasure. We were close to the Tv and didn’t miss the National Anthem. I looked around the restaurant and it was nice to see that everyone stopped eating and talking, including the staff to show respect. We enjoyed everything! The wings were so crisp and crunchy , very delicious! Thanks Again Steve!!!

We always have a very , Oh so yummy delicious Burger here before a game. I want to mention that the staff is amazing !!! But Steve, the Manager goes above and beyond to check in on us every-time we dine here . I really believe he gets joy in knowing we are enjoying the food and having a good time. In all the stadiums I have visited he exceeds the general expectation of hospitality. He is an absolute pleasure and his team of staff are too!! We look forward to his friendly smile and genuine nature when we visit. Here are some pics from todays meal. The wings are crunchy and cooked perfectly. The burgers were excellent , as always. We never have a wait to be seated and the food comes out pretty quickly. So no worries ,stop in before game time and Steve will take care of you!

Both service and food was good. I was charged twice for the dinner. But I was able to resolve the issue after a few weeks.

Ordered the steak sandwich at the stand near the Shake Shack in centerfold. Asked for no cheese. The special order was made without the onions. A dry piece of leather. What a disappointment !

Where to even begin, my family and I attended the Mets Vs Marlins game Wednesday 9/28. My daughter and her school chorus performed the national anthem prior to the game hence why we were there. We wanted to eat at the stadium for convenience but also like more formal sit down meals so I made reservations for party of 7 at 8:30pm as it was an AVAILABLE option on their open table link. Mind you I’ve worked in the fine dining industry and recognized the PatLaFrieda name as they were a main vendor I’ve worked with so I assumed the quality/service would be excellent. It was in fact the complete opposite and I would give ZERO stars if possible. The game had just started (7:10pm) and I received a call from them telling me we would have to go earlier because they would be “closing” after the 5th inning so to arrive at 8pm instead of 8:30pm the original time. So we left the game extremely early (4th inning) to make it, it was a bit difficult to find as it is located within the Delta lounge, another thing that makes no sense since the security was insistent we must be delta club members in order to just enter why even allow online reservations if non-members aren’t allowed? Anyways we finally get inside to be met by two can careless attitude hostesses to be told we would not be allowed to sit on the regular dining table side due to only one server working on that side was not taking anymore tables. She told us our only option would be the bar side with high 4 top only tables mind you we have two kids in our group 8 & 4yrs old and we were 7ppl total. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional she could’ve just mentioned that on the phone while she insisted we come earlier to just be snotty and rude in our faces, her comment after was even more appalling… seeing our mixed race family (Asian & Hispanic) she proceeded to tell us “If you don’t like it you can eat else where”. After that I refuse to spend any money in a establishment that clearly has no proper management or hospitality class. Oh and to make matters even more disgusting as we proceeded to walk out another party of Caucasians only walked in (after 5th inning which we were told they would no longer accept more customers) they were greeted kindly and then seated in the same regular table side section she refused to sit us in! We could’ve still been enjoying the game if we didn’t waste so much time for nothing with this restaurant. Such a shame and definitely does not live up to its name. Hopefully this very real review doesn’t get deleted like the one another person from my group posted because the public deserves to know what they might be getting into trying to dine here and the owners should really re-evaluate their operations and morals.

I have dined here 16 times in 2022. The staff is great. Very friendly and total professionals from the front desk to the wait staff. The managerial staff is very accomodating. Steve the manager always makes sure i am taken care of. If you go, ask for the table by the visitor’s batting cage.

WARNING: You cannot go here if you sit down at the restaurant an hour or less out from the game, you WILL miss at least half the 1st inning. Everyone needs to know this. The food isn’t bad at all, actually it’s pretty good, you just need ample time to enjoy yourself there and not have to rush to get to the game. It takes an unbelievable amount of time to get drinks and food. I do not think this is the wait staff’s fault but simply the way the restaurant is organized and operated. Again, pretty good food, just get there when the gates open 2 hours before the game.
