Chicken was suppose to be extra crispy and I received a super soggy bucket of it. Lady taking order definitely didn’t want to be at work. I also didn’t receive my gravy. I come to this area frequently and won’t be eating here again.

They didn’t have what I wanted, but I liked what I got. I had to wait for my food, but it’s better fresh. The store was very clean and people working there were friendly to me. The chicken sandwich and nuggetts were good. The fries were fresh and delicious.

This is absolutely the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too, The employees are extremely slow, I went through the drive thru and then got pulled up, I waited for 30 minutes for my food and when they finally brought it out it was wrong, I only had half of it and when I went inside another customer was sliding a bag back to the employee and she gives it to me saying its my food. At this point im so pissed I take it but they gave them my order and they brought it back. They gave me food that someone had already left the store with. Tear that place down and put something better there, a lot of people in this area constantly have issues there and corporate needs to do something to get it under control.

We had our shop open for last minutes shoppers and our dinner was gonna be late. We stopped and ordered 2 chicken pot pies. 1 had 1 small piece of chicken and the other had none, a bunch of carrots very little gravy and no potatoes to speak of. They even forgot the drink and sauce for our strip meal and I still had to wait in the parking lot for 2 minutes for the order to come out, but I decided it wasn’t worth another 2 minute wait. We’ve complained numerous times and it falls on deaf ears. When is the owner or corporate going to step in and do something with this shoddy location?

The employees do not know how to do anything, they are unable to conduct the simplest tasks and absolutely sorry individuals they have a manager that her personality does not need to be in a public environment. Handed them a special guest voucher and did not know how to use it at all and there attitude is straight appalling and I wouldn’t hire them to walk my dog let alone take an order. I did not spend a penny cause after all there incompetence I took my business some where else

I ordered at the drive thru and was told to pull in a parking spot they would bring it out. 30 minutes later I go in the store and ask about my food and they told me they couldn’t find me!!!! No one even walked out the door i could see the door in my rear view mirror!!! Will never be back.

For the amount of money that I spent on my meal I was extremely disappointed with what I received. I ordered the 3 piece dark meat big box meal. I was given one thigh and 2 of the scrawniest chicken legs I’ve ever seen. After removing the breading, I bet I didn’t have 4 oz of meat between the 3 pieces of chicken. The individual mashed potatoes and gravy that I got was OK, but the coleslaw that I ordered was probably 75% liquid. And the biscuit that I received wasn’t much bigger than a golf ball. The service I received was friendly and courteous, but the product has really gone downhill. Prior to this visit, I had a very similar experience with a couple of buckets of chicken that we bought, so I had laid off purchasing from KFC in hopes that the product would get better. Sadly I was disappointed. Come on KFC let’s do better.
