My bf got me the carrot cake for my birthday. Carrot cake is my favorite cake. This was literally THE BEST carrot cake I’ve ever had. It was so moist, full of nuts and carrot and the icing was very cream cheese forward and not too sweet. It was the creamies, moistest most delicious cake I’ve ever had. This is the second time I have ordered a fruit basket cake from pastry heaven.
Both times the cake was delicious, but for the fact that there was hardly any fruit included in the cake or frosting.
I thought it was a mistake the first time, but given that it happened a second time it must be how they make the cake.
So I would advise asking for more fruit to be added or if you like fruit in your fruit basket cake to go somewhere else.

Ordered a cake, some tarts and cookies for my daughter’s birthday party. Everything was delicious! People were commenting how good the cake was and asked where we bought it. Definitely going to be ordering more in the future, thank you!

Pastry Heaven is a neighborhood Pastry Bakery The cases are filled with cookies, muffins, scones, pies, tarts and cakes! They make gorgeous wedding cakes
For the Holidays make homemade pies, dinner rolls, pumpkin tarts, coffee cakes, etc! This bakery is amazing!!
The only negative was that the fruit basket cake was only 2 layers and not 3 which I’m used to.. normally it’s a layer of strawberries, bananas and pineapples for that type of cake I’d go somewhere else

Came on a whim in search of a birthday cake for my son and daughter. I got their chocolate and fruit basket cake. Both were super delicious and not overly sweet. ❤️ I can’t wait to try their fruit tart next!
