I’m surprised that anyone could provide a negative review as our family orders from this place monthly and have loved everything we’ve ordered. We love their pizza crust and anytime we have guests over, they comment about how great this pizza is. Also, their pizza bowls are incredible, their selection of subs is impressive, and their cinnaPOPs are awesome! I’d strongly recommend their Italian and chicken bacon ranch subs as well. Outstanding!!! Truly grateful to have this gem in the neighborhood!

Their pan pizza’s crust is fantastic, will order again. Toppings just so-so. Pepperoni good; mushrooms soft, not fresh; onions diced small, no WOW. Sauce good, slightly sweet. Parking warning- awkward, very close to the 4 lane traffic light backups. Plus, can not enter from State Street, that’s their lot’s “one-way” exit (stupid) which was intentionally BLOCKED by staff cars (dbl stupid). Staff said locals exit north via Perrydale Alley.

Got 10 boneless and 10 traditional “wings” from here last night, almost $30. That’s $1.50 per “wing” y’all. The boneless wings might as well have been microwaved, tasted like they came out of my freezer at home, swimming in sauce. The traditional wings were soggy, small, and 2 of the wings were just broken bones, sauce was okay but does not make up for trash wings. Never again……

We were disappointed in the management here. Most times had a great experience, we had a pizza that was way undercooked and flat, super tough. And quickly made. The Manager said it was on the house that they’d make it right. We even went to pick it up, when we got there. He still said we owed 8.00 and it was still a good deal besides them not cooking it right. When the money becomes more important than the overall service when it’s not your fault, to me I dont want someone with that mindset making me food bc they clearly told us they didn’t care what they did we were still going to pay if we wanted it. Ill never be back to this location.

The first time I ordered pizza from this location it was awesome. It was hot, lots of regular sized toppings, perfect crust and tasted great.The last one I ordered a month ago was terrible. It was a large with green peppers and mushrooms. The toppings, were cut into small pieces and were sparsely place on top. There was so much sauce, and grease it made the pizza very limp and soggy. The pizza did not have a good flavor at all. It was a pickup and I arrived on time, and was really disappointed in the quality and taste of this pizza. I don’t understand how there can be such a difference in quality, taste and amount of toppings from one visit to the next. I expect consistency and quality every time I order a pizza.

The pizza there is awesome but I ordered a pizza tonight. They got my order wrong so I tried to call them so we could get it fixed not only did they stop answering the phone 30 minutes before close they also locked the door and would not come open it to help me. Love the pizza but I’ll be going somewhere else from now on

I called to place an order & the girl that answered clearly made it known i was interrupting whatever she was doin-EOC can I help u? I wasnt even finished saying order #1 before she asked if there was anything else, she did that for all 4 items! Total $45. For Lg Pepp pizza, flash pizza & 2 12″ subs.?? Only menu I had was from this summer, & my total was $34 according to that menu. When I went to pick up my order, sure enough. $45. Im like prices went up that much in a few months? He said everything is going up. No kidding. I asked for an updated menu, since last time I was in, they had some on order but they were not in yet. He said they are still not in. How convenient. No prices online, nor in the store.
When we got home(10 mins away) , both the pizza sub & italian sub were so soggy, they both fell apart as soon as we picked it up. I posted a pic of my pizza sub. For $10.25 (up from 7.99 few months ago) you would think they could put more than ONE layer of thin pepperoni! Very disappointed.
Now to online: you can tell they created the site then forgot about it. Worthless. You cant even look at a menu without telling what location you are in first. Then it is still a struggle trying to navigate through it. They must not realize, or care, that they have stiff competition out there & they need to step up their game! Our location, Green, STILL does not accept online orders, so you still have to call.

The pizza, salad and cookie were all outstanding! Delivery was prompt… However, someone in management needs to explain to delivery people that tips are NOT required. Explain to them that when someone tips them, especially when someone tips them very, very generously, the resonse, “You’re all set” instead of saying “THANK YOU” is not acceptable. I’ll order carry out from now on because the food truly is worth my driving to pick it up but I won’t be ordering delivery again. That was just SO rude.
