My wife and I just happened to come across this restaurant while out doing some last minute shopping for Christmas. When we pulled into the parking lot we were not expecting the restaurant to be so cozy and charming and the staff was extremely friendly. We were waited on promptly and our food came out rather quickly and was extremely delicious we were both very pleased with our selection. I did order a side salad with my meal I wish it was just a little bit larger. And also with the large selection of wines displayed on the wall I would have thought the waitress would have suggested a particular wine with our choice of meals. Overall we were very very pleased and we have told this to many of our friends and family and we plan on going back again soon with a larger group.

My waitress was very attentive, friendly and understanding. The fresh salad with the balsamic dressing was a fulfilling collaborative. My main dish was the lasagna and I was displeased. It was over cooked, dry and lacked flavor. After less than four bites of my lasagna, I notified our server. I commended the waitress for her understanding but the actual food wasn’t to my satisfaction. Instead of fully refunding me, they only took $5.00 off the price of my meal. I’m not trying to be a stickler but most restaurants would have the decency to fully refund you. The atmosphere was positive but there wasn’t a manager or other participant in the establishment that was apologetic, came to address my party or went out their way to support our waitress! I don’t remember our waitress name but to the woman with the rainbow mask and blue hair.. THANK YOU! Your spirit was sweet and pure! None of this was your fault but this place needs better cooks!

The food here is delicious and tasted fresh. The French fries are excellent! They are perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The kids menu is pretty good and offers many popular kid items. Service is awesome. The wine selection looks excellent.

Food was great. Nice and warm when it arrived. Polite staff. Haleigh was the best. She was helpful with deciphering the menu. It was my first time here so Haleigh was the best. We arrived at 5:25 and was seated right away on a Saturday. Atmosphere was great. Met with friends and there was no pressure to leave. Price was just right.

If you’re in Greensboro, and you want Italian, you HAVE to go to Pastabilities! Seriously – it’s a must! When we travel we try to stick to locally owned, non-chain restaurants. That definitely paid off tonight! The food was absolutely delicious, and everyone there was so nice. Especially Michelle – she took great care of us & her recommendations were spot on! Not gonna lie….. we might be back for dinner tomorrow night! #pastabilities

The food was good. They did have a gluten free pasta option but ALL of the cream sauces have gluten. The issue I had was even though I asked for a gluten free menu upon being seated, AND ordered gluten free pasta, the waitress did not mention anything about the cream sauces until after I had been brought my food and taken a few bites. Thankfully I have an intolerance, not celiac, but that could’ve been a much worse issue if I had been. She did let us take the accidental dish home (others in my party weren’t gluten free) and had a new dish made that was brought out quickly. She was very nice about it, and did everything she could to correct it. I think it would be beneficial for the staff to have more training concerning allergies and sensitivities.

Driving through and the name caught our eye, and we are glad it did. The food was all wonderful and the service was amazing even on a busy night. All the staff worked together to take care of us.
