i tried this spot since i saw a tiktok hyping it up & id say it was pretty good! we tried both the mushroom lasagna & pepper cacio de pepe and they were both REALLY good!!! I’d say the only downsides to this spot is the high price for the smaller portion sizes. However, the quality of the pasta itself is really yummy so if you don’t mind spending $25+ on a small single serving of pasta, i’d 100% recommend this place. It is also a takeout kitchen so there’s multiple spots under the same roof, which I personally don’t mind— but lots of people think there is seating here (there’s not). Overall I’d rate pasta sisters 7.9/10 simply because i really enjoyed the food itself but do believe there’s better for the price in OC!

I liked pasta sisters in LA and was excited to come here but was let down. The first issue is this is a shared kitchen take out only situation. No seating available. The next is the prices- I got pasta, broccoli, and a soda. $33! The food tasted good but the final straw – there were multiple HAIRS in my pasta! Gross. And due to being takeout only I had already left and couldn’t ask for a replacement meal or refund.

My LA fave is finally in OC woo!! This is my go to for an easy delicious Italian take out night! My husband and I got the Porcini mushroom, Bolognese, and Tomato & Basil, some bread and a Tiramisu. Portion sizes are really good so we have lots of leftovers. My fave is the porcini- it’s so creamy and yummy and the perfect amount of sauce, my husband loves the Bolognese and tomato basil is a super solid classic spaghetti. The bread came with 4 pieces which was a pleasant surprise! Tiramisu was so moist and delish and I love that they put the chocolate powder on the side so you can sprinkle it on fresh when you’re ready for dessert! Also, it was all ready super quick!

I ordered the Pasta Porcini Mushroom with burrata and the Pasta Bolognese to go and they were both phenomenal! Super fresh and tasty! It was a healthy serving of burrata as well. Definitely worth the up charge! I can’t wait to order this again. It paired perfectly with red wine. Looking forward to dining in but having this meal at home was perfect! Thank you Pasta Sisters for the delicious dinner!

Fantastic three cheese pappardelle with fresh noodles and chicken on the side. I’ve never had a sauce this good. Wish it came with focaccia like the other locations! Hard to park here but it’s takeout only anyway.

Pasta was very delicious but it is expensive and they do charge you for your togo utensils which they is is compostable and have to charge but when I received my order it was just regular togo utensils. The location is very hard to get parking and there is a lot of traffic and it is a shared kitchen and everything is togo there is no dine in seating. The experience to get in and order is very chaotic not sure if it is worth it.

Solid. One of the best pasta’s you can get in OC. Most OC pasta is just below standard. Glad they have a take out location outside of the OG Culver City spot. Never been fan of their bolognese; not an easy one to make, but still solid. The Porcini is incredible. Pesto is awesome. Salmon and cream A+. Bottarga solid.
