Spaghetti and meatballs was very good. I like the meatballs a lot, good size, the sauce is on the sweeter side.
Fettucine alfredo was amazing! So creamy and cheesy. Definitely my favorite.
Rigatoni vodka was also good. Chicken was ok, would probably get meatballs with it instead next time around.
Breadsticks are good too! A lot of seasoning which is nice. Pricing to me was very fair. You get a deep bowl filled with food for less than $14/each.
Will absolutely be back!
The menu is a pasta lover’s dream, offering a fantastic selection of fresh, made-from-scratch pasta with creative and classic sauces. I tried the Truffle Mushroom Tagliatelle, and it was out of this world—silky, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The handmade ravioli was another highlight, stuffed with rich, creamy ricotta and served with a bright, tangy tomato sauce.
Service was top-notch! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was perfect. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer experience.
Whether you’re a pasta aficionado or just looking for a cozy spot with incredible food, The Pasta Project is a must-visit! Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. Highly recommend!
The food was good, although it could use a small tweak to reach its full potential.
I built my own pasta and it ended tasting really good. Now, I ordered the Garlic Bread and it wasn’t fresh. This is an opportunity for improvement.
However, I was impressed by the quick and attentive service. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making it an enjoyable place to dine.
The manager (or owner) was there, and he was evaluating the operations to make sure every guest had a good experience, and I find this valuable from a restaurant.
Overall, it’s worth a visit, especially if they maintain the quality of their pasta dishes.
Salmon Alfredo with sun-dried tomatoes, broccoli & spinach. Filet was PERFECT! Sauce was delicious & plentiful ! Bread stick was chefs kiss ! This was my first time trying but I’ll definitely be back ! Atmosphere was super cute too !
