First time trying the restaurant out and really enjoyed what we got! Eating out and gluten free can be daunting sometimes as gluten free doesn’t always taste that great but this was delicious! Loved the different options in the create your own pasta choice, portions were great, will definitely be back!

Definitely recommend this spot. Super clean and fast service! I went on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. Got a to go order through their kiosk. Easy to use. I tried 3 items as I am using them for a company lunch and wanted to make sure staff would enjoy.
Spaghetti and meatballs was very good. I like the meatballs a lot, good size, the sauce is on the sweeter side.
Fettucine alfredo was amazing! So creamy and cheesy. Definitely my favorite.
Rigatoni vodka was also good. Chicken was ok, would probably get meatballs with it instead next time around.
Breadsticks are good too! A lot of seasoning which is nice. Pricing to me was very fair. You get a deep bowl filled with food for less than $14/each.
Will absolutely be back!

Absolutely phenomenal! The Pasta Project is a game-changer for fresh, handcrafted pasta. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the aroma of delicious sauces simmering to perfection.

The menu is a pasta lover’s dream, offering a fantastic selection of fresh, made-from-scratch pasta with creative and classic sauces. I tried the Truffle Mushroom Tagliatelle, and it was out of this world—silky, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The handmade ravioli was another highlight, stuffed with rich, creamy ricotta and served with a bright, tangy tomato sauce.

Service was top-notch! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about their craft, offering great recommendations and making sure everything was perfect. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer experience.

Whether you’re a pasta aficionado or just looking for a cozy spot with incredible food, The Pasta Project is a must-visit! Can’t wait to come back and try more dishes. Highly recommend!

Everything was wonderful! Portion size (money for size reference) is definitely worth it! And they don’t skimp on the sauce! The Alfredo sauce is Delicious and taste home-made! Chicken had a nice grilled flavor and was tender. Bread stick was a litte dense for my personal liking. Over all great place! And the lemonade options reminds me of something Starbucks would have.

Absolutely delicious! My mom and I stopped here for a nice dinner, and no regrets! I had the Chicken carbonara & added sun-dried tomatoes, onion, and roasted pepper and it completely elevated the taste. The pasta is freshly made, and they definitely provide a sufficient amount of sauce—they’re not skimping on that at all! My mom had the penne vodka pasta with chicken, onions, tomatoes, and roasted pepper and hers was good as well. I only wish that they had green onion to really add some freshness, but overall, 10/10.

I recently dined here and overall, it was a pleasant experience, but…

The food was good, although it could use a small tweak to reach its full potential.

I built my own pasta and it ended tasting really good. Now, I ordered the Garlic Bread and it wasn’t fresh. This is an opportunity for improvement.

However, I was impressed by the quick and attentive service. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making it an enjoyable place to dine.

The manager (or owner) was there, and he was evaluating the operations to make sure every guest had a good experience, and I find this valuable from a restaurant.

Overall, it’s worth a visit, especially if they maintain the quality of their pasta dishes.

No tomato sauce in this salty bolognese with gluten noodles that are falling apart!! And this old microwaved piece of excuse bread is pathetic. Filter to lowest reviews and you will see this is a trend for them

This stand alone restaurant has one of the best hand made authentic pasta I have ever tasted. I ordered the fettuccini noodles and Alfredo sauce with parmesan, Sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms and the flavors blended perfectly. The staff were so nice and the atmosphere was relaxing with calming music. It was also extremely clean. 10/10 would recommend!

I really wanted to try this place since I had seen many good reviews. The atmosphere was nice and the service was fast. The pasta portions were ample. That’s where it ends. The garlic bread was totally dry and overcooked as if it was leftover from yesterday. Both our pasta dishes were so dry, it was like eating glue. The chicken carbonara was flavorful but way too dry. My husband ordered spaghetti with garlic butter, which again was way to dry. We ordered carry out or I would have sent it all back. Very disappointing!
