TL;DR: Try the Roasted Garlic Chicken Cheesecake. It’s nothing like what you’d imagine.
We stopped by with the entire travel soccer team (parents included) so some of the service comments on here may be flavored by this abnormal rush.
I had the Tortellini Florentine. It was so rich and flavorful that I had to stop myself from overeating. The spinach was not cooked into the sauce, but is crisp and fresh. This was a first for me but a pleasant surprise.
To be fair, I also ordered the canoli, which was so good I ate it first.
A parent across from me at the recommendation of another parent on the team ordered the dish I recommended above: Roasted Garlic Chicken Cheesecake. It was like nothing I’d have expected and apparently tastes like a rich chicken pot pie crossed with a quiche. Everyone that tried it raved about it.
My wife and daughter each had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (not pictured) and loved it. Specifically as testing that it was much better than they what we usually find.
I only got one refill the entire time we were there. This isn’t a complaint as much as a warning for large groups. I would advise calling ahead to give them a chance to prepare. Based on the amount of effort they were clearly putting into service us, it was just not possible to get perfect service with so few servers on deck. Additionally there is a 15% tip for large groups. It’s really not enough for the amount of work they have to put into dealing with larger groups.

The food was extremely good, it starts off with a complimentary bowl of bread and side of sauce. They have a large variety of menu of pleasant dishes as well as wines, desserts, and appetizers. Their prices are extremely well. Comparatively for what they offer. Good food portions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Access to the building is easy with plenty of free parking. I got the house combination and my wife got The spinach feta cream pasta. We also got the chocolate espresso cake with ice cream. I was impressed with the sausage as it was very flavorful in my meal, the spaghetti had a nice seasoning unlike Usual Italian restaurants. The manicotti was really good. Overall. I was really impressed with the house combination. My wife enjoyed her pasta and I did have a bite of it and it was good as well. The dessert that we got wasn’t too rich even though when you look at it you think it’s going to be, it had a nice subtle sweetness with the espresso flavor as a syrup covering. We just moved to Arkansas from Kansas about 7 months ago Exceptional job. Extremely happy to be able to find a great Italian restaurant. We did see the prime rib and it looked really good and I had a nice thick cut.

We’ve visited Pasta Grill multiple times, and every experience has been nothing short of amazing. The food is absolutely delicious, with authentic Italian flavors that never disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a cozy meal. We are always pleasantly surprised by the consistent high quality of both the food and service. It’s become one of our favorite places to dine, and we look forward to many more visits. Highly recommended!

I called to see if Pasta Grill was open Eli answered and was so polite and told us to come on in. Erica was such a great server. Very knowledgeable on the menu. She suggested the seafood Alfredo and wow that was the best Italian dish I’ve ever had. The atmosphere was so romantic. Praise to the chief. Over all epic experience. We will be back very soon!!

Adorable place in downtown Russellville! Food was okay but we’ve definitely had better. Do not recommend the chicken cheesecake, and the steak was dry for the $100 we spent. The staff was super friendly and the wine selection was excellent!

Natalia G was great, we are there 8/8/25 for the first time. Definitely recommend it. I had the boursin filet mignon and my fiance had the Grilled salmon pasta. We took home the Tiramisu. Sadly we didn’t get a picture of it before it was devoured. If I could rate it higher I would.

I normally try to stop in but wasn’t able to make it this year so I ordered door dash. I had the shrimp wrap and it was delicious! Food was packaged well, and was still warm when it arrived. The veggies were fresh and the shrimp were tasty too! I had the roasted potatoes with a side of Cajun sauce with it.
Any meal on the menu is always good!

I would have given this restaurant 5-stars if their evening hours were more consistent. They often close 8:00 pm or earlier if business is slow. I get it, but then, put a note on the door alerting patrons. On the food side, the best around. Beautifully presented, good portions and great desert for a very reasonable prices. Just look at the thick pork chop for $22.99! Excellent! Molly, the restaurant mgr is a gem. The place is clean, comfortable and could easily fit into a Madison Ave restaurant in N.Y.C. without all the high priced stuffiness. Keep up the great work. We try to come, 2-3 times a week. I suggest you do the same. We’re from Chicago, so this is a top pick for us in Russellville. A great place for an impressive date night without shelling out a lot of money.

My Fiancé had tried calling this stupid place about 8 times about a week ago just to try to get reservations and nobody EVER picked up the phone. He then emailed them, but no response. We decided to just bite the bullet and go there on Valentine’s Day and we got there 30 minutes before they were supposed to open and to our surprise there was already about 100 people sitting down. We came in, and then they had the audacity to ask if we had a reservation after we tried over and OVER. Pick up your damn phone, I promise you it’s not that hard. I’ve never left a place so quickly.
