I dined here three times during my 3 week stay in Roswell. I had the Ravioli Enchiladas the first time and it was amazing! Cheese raviolis topped with a New Mexico style sauce made for such a flavorful dish! The garlic butter rolls went really well with it. I believe my servers name was Lacie and she did a fantastic job making sure I had everything I needed. The second time I had the Green Chile Filet. That was also an amazing dish! Cooked to a perfect medium rare throughout and topped with a delicious green chile bernaise sauce. Magnificent! Since the filet was so awesome I tried the Blackened Ribeye on my third visit there. I know this is an Italian restaurant but I thought I had stumbled upon a great steakhouse as well. Unfortunately the ribeye had a lot of grisly parts and it wasn’t very tender for being a ribeye. I wish I had more time to try out the other New Mexico/Italian fusion dishes which of course is very unique to Roswell.

Honestly, we selected the Pasta Cafe Italian Bistro purely for the sign above the front entrance. The interior is quaint but can easily accommodate larger parties. The menu offers a combination of traditional Italian cuisine as well as fusion versions of traditional dishes. I opted for the traditional lasagna with a side ceasar salad. The salad was fresh with crisp lettuce and coated with the perfect combination of dressing and cheese. I don’t think I could ever express how utterly delicious the lasagna was. While I admit the presentation was weak, the flavors were perfectly balanced. The sauce had the perfect blend of Italian spices to bring out the tang of the tomato, without being overly sweet. The noodles, cheese and beef were evenly dispersed throughout the portion. My biggest regret is that I won’t be here tomorrow to order it again. For dessert, definitely the Tiramisu. The lady fingers while soaked were not so saturated as to be soggy. The espresso accent was milder than many other versions I have had and this low key flavor was a great accent tothe mascarpone.

Went for lunch, great prices food was delicious, very flavorful and filling. They actually had a changing station in the men’s restroom which is amazing. Service was good resturant was clean.

A very quiet place with delicious food and first-class service. I absolutely loved the Fettuccine Alfredo; it was amazing. The staff was excellent and very attentive throughout the meal. As a small suggestion, I’m not a fan of the large paper covers used over the tablecloths, but the quality of the food and the service definitely make this a place I want to visit again. Highly recommended!

Great food everything seems fresh and made when you order. I have had the steak and it was magnificent very tasty. The pasta dishes are tasty especially the fettuccine Alfredo and it’s nice they serve New Mexico style dishes too like green chili Alfredo and ravioli enchiladas. The pizza is tasty too. Prices are are ok I feel you should get bigger portions for your buck but the flavors and fresh ingredients make up for that.

On our way from Carlsbad Caves to Albuquerque, we stopped by here for lunch and it was really good pasta. Just loved how delicious it tasted. The price was also cheap and that was a surprise. Definitely I would stop by here in future. It’s a must try place for sure when in Roswell!

10/10 ☆ We were passing through town on Oct. 20th, just when Roswell was experiencing a 100 year flood! Bridges out, roads closed, half the city was closed due to flooding and flood damage! We somehow made it into town, and just happened upon this . We were welcomed in and served by the GM Joanna. (Employees couldn’t get to work.) What a sweetheart she was! Genuously concerned for our well being. As we were dining, we were checking out the routes to leave town, and all the roads were closed! All the hotels were full!
But I was determined to get home, and before we left, Joanne gave us her personal phone number in case we ran into trouble, and couldn’t get out of town! Now, how unbelievably cool is that?! She will not be forgotten! Our thoughts and prayers are with her and her family and the whole community, as they deal with this heart wrenching ordeal!

As for the meal: The food was fantastic! (So glad the chef made it in!) From appetizers to finish, it was delicious! Superb wine list and full bar, as well. This will be my common stop on the way to Ruidoso from now on. Highly recommended dining experience!

We barely made it out of town! Some of the scariest driving I’ve done in a while!!

Garlic bread, veggies and Bellini were good. The alfredo had no flavor. My son added chicken to his shrimp alfredo. The chicken was well seasoned. My tenderloin steak was cooked medium rare but the green chili bernaise was lackluster. Potatoes tasted like they came from a box and the steak meat wasn’t firm and very gritty tasting. Our clams was 3:1 shells to clam meat and overall, slow service. Small town dining so I was not expecting much but was hopeful asked on reviews.
