Very high marks!!! Especially with the help of Jessica. Very patient and helpful with suggestions while taking my order. The food was just like I expected it to be. With flavor and quality ingredients. The facility is very clean along with the restrooms. Very convenient with the freeway being just down the street.

I went for an early dinner after work, but before 5pm. Quick in and out through the drive through. Wanted to try the Cali XL and it was yummy, just like everything else at Carl’s lol. The grilled onions was a nice touch and this is Carl’s Jr answer to the Double Double from Inn n Out. It’s a great burger and I will be eating it again, but still doesn’t beat a Double Double in my opnion. I love my crunch and grilling the bun is something that might make the burger a tid bit better – like Inn n Out does. That being said I am also a big fan of the $5 burgers (no longer on my local menu) and have only found comparable burgers to this at sit down restaurants – All of these burgers are great… but the burgers are no longer $5, and sadly I no longer see them on the menu. (Look for the purple onion in them if they ever bring them back)

In the morning there is no line in the drive through. There is plenty of seating available inside if you want to dine in. Its very clean and nice inside. Food comes out great and orders are usually correct. Sometimes in the drive through they will have you pull forward and park in a designated area if they have to wait for something to finish cooking and they will bring it out to you.

I was going to give a five-star rating to this place due to the good customer service nice and clean but after requesting a refill I changed my mind to 3 stars the reason is the person who refill my drink put her fingers inside my cup even though they wearing gloves but those gloves have touched money and many other things due to covid-19 they should more cautions especially other Carl’s Jr provide you with new cups in order to prevent the spread of coronavirus.. his management needs to change the way they proceed what refills they need to stop being cheap. This place makes enough money plus it is a tax deductible anyways why they are been in cheap. Lack of training or what? I end up throwing up my refill instead .. I don’t recommend getting refills on this fast food restaurant.. until they change their way of handling refills… New cups should be provide to everyone who request refills to prevent the spread of coronavirus… It is a health concern I wonder how did they pass the food cards handling or when was the last time they got inspection on food handling

Today I went to Carl’s Junior. The Government shut down, I went for kids meals for a $1.00 for my children they said one meal per family, when that was not stated on the internet. It said if you bring your children with ID and ebt card you can get your kids a meal as long as the children were present, and that’s what I did, I had my children to get food and was told NO. The lady in driveway was “very rude”, very bad service..Also how are you gonna say one child can get a meal and the rest no. I will not be going back to this restaurant. Unprofessional service she should not be work at a restaurant with her being disrespectful.

Workers just get more sloppy previous month I was at the drive-thru no acknowledgement pulled up to the window they look at me from afar and continue to talk to each other and it’s not like if I know them for them to have some type of resentment I thought it was beyond disrespectfully rude whoever is managing should be maintaining their position!

Moldy toast on a breakfast sandwich first thing in the morning is crazy. This happened 10/29/23. As a fast food restaurant the quality of the food should be inspected before it ever goes out. Let’s leave it at that.
