Had called the day before and told them I would be ordering for my son’s birthday party the following day. The guy I talked to was nice and friendly! Ordering was simple online and placed an order for 2pm pickup for Saturday. We are maybe 5 minutes away, and when we got the pizza it was very dry and everything was cold. I had about 10+ hungry boys and their parents so I had to take the items and put them in the oven to heat them up. It was very disappointing seeing as how I had spent almost $50 on pizza and bread alone. Just very disappointing!

I’m sure some have had questionable experiences, but I haven’t. I always carry out because I’m so close to this location. My pizza is always good and hot. I know they’re shortstaffed at times, so bear with them. Quality wise, they’re better than the vast majority of pizza places out there. Plus they switched to serving Faygo. It doesn’t get much more Detroit than that. It would be nice to see a little rewards or points program.

This was my favorite place to get pizza. The pizza I ordered came quick. They forgot the ranch that I paid extra for. No big deal. I called to see if they could deliver it. The response I got was they are busy and he’s not sure. I said ok then can you just refund me if you don’t have time to deliver it. He replied back it’s only 70 cents and hung up on me. Ranch is $1.00 for each one and I ordered 3 extra ones. I called back and asked to talk to someone else and he called me rude and hung up again. Never had service like this in my life at any place of business.

We just devoured our pizza which was amazing. My son had the gluten free 1/2 pizza and 1/2 sticks and couldn’t stop eating it. We had the gluten free cinnamon sticks which were the best ever! It’s wonderful that Passport has a dessert option that is safe for him to eat. We also had the deluxe pizza, minus the onions and black olives, which was piled with toppings. It was the best pizza I’ve eaten in a long time. Thanks for the wonderful meal!

Bad experience.. ordered delivery and it was over an hour late. Pizza and bread was cold. Thought it would be delivered by the actual pizza place but instead it was DoorDash. Tried calling the business multiple times and no answer. Will not be ordering from them again. Save your money.

I spend well over 50$ with tips weather it be cash or card .every time I purchase and something is always missing . Today will be my last time purchasing as the driver stated well bring 2 next time I just needed one replaced no refund no nothing . I really enjoy the pizza but I am over the mistakes working in the pizza business and all you have to do is follow directions:(

Great pizza but the costumer service is trash I ordered a pizza that never showed up turned out they closed their store after I placed an order for delivery called next day to complain that I didn’t get my pizza no compensation what’s so ever just told me they closed even tho I placed my order? Then I tried ordering another time and they told me they wouldn’t deliver to me anymore just cus I called them complaining along with another time I ordered 2 large pizzas and got medium pizza cut in thin slices like do better.

Wow! Waited an hour before I called to check on my delivery… waited on hold 8 minutes before I was hung up on… called right back and got an EXTREMELY rude gentlemen on the phone when I said I’m just calling to check on my delivery… he stated “ ITS ON ITS WAY” then hung up on me before realizing it’s already been 30 minutes PAST quoted time. Shame on you passport. Customer service must not be your business focus anymore 🙁

Ordered online for delivery and was called a minute later since their driver was out. She was very polite and refunded delivery fee. Fast service and it was delicious!! Best pizza I’ve had in a long time! I definitely recommend the BLT pizza. Very fresh and light.

Pizza is tasty. Ordering online with a coupon is iffy. Sometimes the coupons have the promo code, but some don’t. If you are trying to make it easier on the ordering end, fix that.
