Passion is in the name, and on my first visit I would say it showed in my meal. I ordered the Sesame Chicken and a Half & Half in a to-go order. I arrived early and sat at the bar while I waited for my order. The restaurant was clean and seemed well-run.
The Half & Half, described as Half coffee and half tea, was sweet and delicious; it resembled a sweet tea and I’d order it again.
The Sesame chicken as juicy and well-sauced; enough to soak with rice- yum! I would order that again too!
Overall, this place is a little gem. I work down the street and I will absolutely be back!

Sweet little spot if you love Asian fusion with their own twist! Nice menu, good variety and quality you can taste at a decent price. I had the chicken egg roll (dang near the size of a small burrito lol) and the grilled salmon sushi burger which is a creation all their own! As delicious as it was filling!! Nice selection of sauces, I recommend the bang bang and eel sauces. Friendly staff, will partake again!

Since we’ve moved to Graham we’ve been to Pashion Fushion close to 10 times and every time I find a dish I’m sure is my favorite. The Pad See You tonight was by far the best thing we’ve had, so good

Just spent 15 minutes picking out all of the chicken that was so dry it felt like rubber:/ absolutely not worth the $14 I wasted on dinner (since the noodles are also prettyyyyy dry too) I expected way better.

We have been coming here for years now and dinner the other night was a let down. We don’t eat here often as we know it’s kind of pricey but we didn’t used to mind because the quality was high. This time, the rangoons were kind of burnt and just luke warm. The hibachi steak was tough and rubbery. The shrimp were obviously on a very hot grill and for too long. Some items were hot and others just barely warm. Mind you, we live less than 5 minutes away. The veggies were the only part still consistent from previous visits. Also when ordering take out it told us 10-20 mins for our food to ready. We arrived around 15 mins after ordering and didn’t receive our food until almost 40 mins after ordering. We feel we overpaid for the quality of food we received.

I always enjoy the sushi here. I did change things up and recently got the hibachi steak with noodles for lunch. Steak & veggies were good but noodles very bland. Will still come back often!

The plain sushi rolls were 2 for 10.50 which is pretty good in my opinion and the ingredients were high quality. However, they were not able to make any custom rolls, even easy ones, and the sushi shift did not know the word “tamago” which is a pretty standard sushi topping made of sweetened scrambled egg. I like to get cucumber and tamago and tempura shrimp rolls for my kids.
The chef’s fancy rolls ran from $14 to $16 and maybe more. I got kind of scared and stopped reading the prices. We ordered five and they were all AMAZING. I was surprised to find so many warm components in sushi rolls, the volcano roll has warm crab salad that has been blasted with a torch on top for some crispy caramelly goodness.
The drunken noodle was mediocre at best. I could have eaten it, but chose not to. The noodles were cooked perfectly, which is unusual, and pretty tricky to do.
But the recipe was garbage. The noodles were red/pink as if cooked with ketchup, there was no umami or sweetness or tartness. Just some sad shreds of basil,a little salt, and a late heat that barely prickled. It was served with the hibachi vegetables so some rectangular chunks of onion and zucchini stirred in, a little broccoli. The tofu was unseasoned, overcooked and tough.
Pan fried mai fun was pretty good. It was what I expected when I ordered it. Our order of fried rice never came.
The frozen strawberry smoothie was delicious but sickly sweet, it was obviously made from sweetened dried strawberries instead of the fresh stuff.
Oh, the serving size of ginger and wasabi that comes with the sushi plate is inadequate. And when you ask for more you get a bigger serving than you had initially, but it costs over $3 a pop. We asked for several, assuming that they would be as teency as the ones that came with the plate, so we ended up spending $10 for ginger and wasabi. At least they keep and we were able to bring them home for the fridge.
