The plain sushi rolls were 2 for 10.50 which is pretty good in my opinion and the ingredients were high quality. However, they were not able to make any custom rolls, even easy ones, and the sushi shift did not know the word “tamago” which is a pretty standard sushi topping made of sweetened scrambled egg. I like to get cucumber and tamago and tempura shrimp rolls for my kids.

Great place for dinner. The food was great. Had the Krapow and it was awesome. Right off the courthouse circle in Graham so you can sit and watch people go by. I expected to have to park and walk a bit, but have always got a spot right up front.

1 star for fresh ingredients. Ordered Avocado Fresh Roll. I got avocado spread and paper thin at that. You can see by the pictures that the roll is 99% lettuce, .5% carrots and .5% avocado. I took a bite and gave the rest to the dog. He didn’t like it. I threw it outside for the wild animals to eat. Will not return to this place.

Service was good even though they were under staffed. The flavor of the hibachi chicken and steak is great, as well as, the drunken lo mein noodles with shrimp. Food is made to order. Very delicious and opened later than other dine-in restaurants in the area.

I do not understand how a restaurant that has majority of there food that needs rice let themselves run out of rice. Then rice was not cooked all the way. Over an hour and half wait multiple customers leaving the restaurant unhappy. The manager running around like a chicken with her head cut off. No communication with customers the waitress were great on keeping us informed Emory should be the manager because she knew more about what was going on than the actual person who was supposed to be in charge. The owner needs to look at how this whole mess was created tonight to make sure it doesn’t happen again. Consistency kills restaurants and if we can’t get consistently good food we can’t justify coming back. The manager in no way shape or form tried to speak to anyone of do right by any of the customers.

Had 2 classic rolls Avocado & spicy tuna. I’m probably used to something else coming from Europe but that was quite below par in my opinion. I guess I’d recommend to rather try the signature rolls (which I did not)

I was hoping this was going to be my new Japanese restaurant, but I was thoroughly underwhelmed. It seems like a cool place and the staff was very friendly, but the food is average and the portion sizes are tiny. I had the red curry. It was fine, but I had such a small amount of rice to put the curry on. My wife had the pad thai which was just okay. An extra cup of rice probably have bummed me up to 3 stars.

I love that my family can all get their favorite type of Asian food in one place. There is a huge variety of dishes and sides. So far we’ve tried some of the Japanese and Chinese dishes. So far everything has been very good. They do get quite busy on the weekends so sometimes the carry out times are a little longer than estimated but well worth the wait.

Went for lunch and tried their sushi. Had the Elm Street roll and the Geisha roll. Freshly made and quite delicious. They were happy to accommodate my request of no salmon in the Geisha roll. I will definitely be getting that one again, same for the Elm Street roll.
