I can only share my account of what happened tonight- we ordered 2 orders of pasta one red sauce and one Alfredo- for take out. We get take out there somewhat regularly without any issue – got my food home, and we find two nasty hairs in the Alfredo pasta. Called them because now we don’t want pasta at all, we just want a refund, because I’m not eating it and my partner lost their appetite too for theirs. When we called they said they could remake it and drop it off or give us a credit for only the one that had hair in it. I understand, they think nothing is wrong with the red sauce dish, but we can’t stomach eating it – frustrated because we did not want it remade tonight after all that and didn’t want store credit, that we asked for a refund. We were told they were not authorized to give refunds. There are some cases where I feel you can fix with remaking food – but this is not appropriate to us. Credit? But honestly I would not even feel like getting food there for a good long time.
Accidents happen, I suggest checking you meals always everywhere you go and hopefully companies can grant managers to ability to refund where they see fit – I would have been happy even if they said no one is here to authorize refunds but you can call back tomorrow and speak to ————-

Exceptional service! The best place I’ve ever encountered (seriously) for consideration of food allergies. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been informed, friendly, and caring in regard to our situation. On top of that, it’s one of the rare places that is open early enough to order a pizza at ten AM, which is helpful when planning for early kid lunches. As for the menu, it’s quite large and accommodates a range of preferences (I highly recommend the Capri pizza) and group sizes. Prompt delivery and fair pricing. All around just an exceptional experience.

Just stopped in grabbed 2 slices everything looks old and greasy. The cooks were not wearing gloves. Dirty uniforms. The grandma slice the dough was raw eww and the Tomato slice white slice the tomatoes where rotten and smelled bad so I took them off but didn’t help. I would never come to this place all around bad food and not clean cooks. Better pizza places all around but I wanted a quick slice .. also $8.84 for 2 slices without any meat is insane cost is way off

This used to be my go to place for pizza but it has gone down hill recently. Pizzas are not cooked properly (raw dough), spaghetti was given with just plain noodles, no sauce, mo meatball as ordered, and when I request no cheese for a child with an allergy, somehow cheese always ends up on the burger. Been going here since 2006 and it’s just not the same. Just wasted 20 something bucks on a burnt margherita pizza that was undercooked and had maybe three TINY pieces of overcooked basil. I had to add my own dried basil but then I bit it and the dough was clearly undercooked. The food is just sloppy and underwhelming. No passion goes into their food at all. The Moorestown location is better but a little too far for me.

I ordered a calzone that was hot and delicious. They made it fresh right then and there. I was tempted by the desserts but I don’t want to get fat they all look delicious too. They have a pizza station that is wonderful a pasta station salad station cheesesteak hoagie station. Omg. I love this place I visit whenever I’m in Jersey.

First time diner and leaving very happy with my dining experience. Italian dishes but many other options. It’s a great dine-in or take-out restaurant. The restaurant is cafeteria style (get a tray, walk up to each food station to be served) and it is also BYOB (bring the bottle and they provide the wine glasses). You seat yourself and although there was a waitress to clear the table, they were not there to consistently serve you. Each diner gets a card that is swiped at each food station and totaled up before you leave. You can also put all orders on one card. The food stations include pizza, pasta, hoagies, salad, soup, and dessert. There was no wait around 6:00pm but got really busy shortly after our arrival. We ate good food, drank our own wine, left with a take-out order and and left hours later. Vinnie, we loved this place and will be back!!!

First time visiting this location. We always go to Haddonfield but we may have to come to this one more often. It’s nice inside. It feels more spacious that the other 2 restaurants. Food was delicious as always. Service was quick. Highly recommend!

Honestly, it was my first time here, but I still believe it was a genuinely enjoyable experience. Very clean environment, the workers are very attentive and polite, and the food is pretty good. They have so much food to offer. For me it was hot honey and pepperoni pizza, and it was pretty dang good.
Edit (01/22/26): still great as ever, it’s been nice coming here, they are good at remembering faces and making all feel welcomed in. Good place for families honestly

Always great for a quick meal, whether it’s a cheeseteak, pizza or an Italian dish. The pasta fagioli soup with homemade rolls is alwaysys a treat. You order at the counter and bring the food to a table. The prices are very reasonable and the food quality is great.

We have been going for pizza here since it opened. I schedule my appointment at a doctor in the area at lunch time so I can go to lunch here. I love their tomato basil pizza or grandma style. I have also gotten their garlic Parmesan wings and baked ziti. Comfort food for sure.
