Ordered delivery, the chicken pasta doesn’t look bad, but the picture shown was slices not chunked ends and the shells have absolutely no seasoning on them at all. The bread has zero garlic on it, it’s literally just bread and cheese even though it was advertised as “garlic cheese bread”

Ordered and sat down and waited. All of our food came out except for an order of spaghetti. Went up and checked on order and was told they were waiting on bread… Food still never came out. Went up and checked again and asked why they kept putting pasta on the bar but had not given us our spaghetti still. Was told “ the bar is more important”.. Still never received the food. Finally after having to ask for a refund we were given a Togo plate of spaghetti. Horrible experience.

We were here for buffet. It is a slower Monday night. There was only one pizza in buffet but looked like scrap pieces. Very cold. We were here for 45 minutes and they never put another one out. Garlic bread was cold and hard as a rock. I don’t mind paying 12 bucks a piece but goodness keep some fresh food out.

Absolutely the worst Pasquales I’ve ever been to the cook in the back was extremely rude to my wife and I including the young girl at the register , over a pizza order on what toppings we wanted .
They also only had 4 items to choose from on the hot bar , no dessert of any kind
When you purchase a self serve bar , the bar is expected to have fresh salad and plenty of choices for your meal and a dessert or more than 1 is expected
The cullman Pasquale’s is top notch 5 star
this place is in desperate need of help if they want to continue having a place to call a job or a business.

I’ve dined here for over 30 years but after tonight I will NEVER be back. Tables were filthy, there were only a couple of slices of pizza on the hot bar, the ice was melted in the cold bar where the salad is kept. The icing on the cake for me was when the employee was filling up a condiment container with ranch dressing. She dropped it in the ranch container and picked it out with her hand. I immediately turned around and walked out. There is no excuse for filth. The health department should shut this place down.

For awhile now ( 2 or 3 years) the quality of food has went down. I gave it the last chance I will be doing. Use to their garlic bread was the bomb along with all the varieties of sandwiches were the bomb also. Today the bar food was horrible. The garlic bread had the taste of bread in the last srafes before it would be molded. The noodles were either not cooked done or had dried out from sitting there to long. Pizza had very little toppings and was all cold and tuff. It’s not just an off day it’s been like this every time I’ve been the last 7 times. I hate to complain and I arrive at 12 30 so it’s not like it was an off time for the bar. I hate to complain but I hate to see them go out of business. Very disappointed.

Wow, this place is filthy. We walked in and were barely greeted. Ordered four buffets, and had to find a seat a a clean table, but there wasn’t any. We asked them to bus the table and they wiped it down with a dry rag. The salad bar wasn’t filled, a mess all over the counter. The pizza bar empty, and the four people in the kitchen didn’t know what or who was cooking. Careless staff all with ear buds in. I was not impressed with this place.
