We’ve never experienced customer service like this ever all the times we go here absolutely ridiculous
MY BOYFRIEND GOT HOME I ordered a deluxe double quarter pounder meal I get home they gave me an old dried out mccrispy sandwich with my double quarter deluxe tag on it… all my food was disgusting and cold the fries were also cold… absolutely disgusting how do you mess up an order this bad
I ordered a double cheeseburger and they were so thin, it was like eating one burger instead of two. Fries weren’t hot enough.
As for the food… it’s McDonald’s, so expectations are already low, but it’s still shocking how little nutritional value you get for the calories. Greasy, overly processed, and 9/10ths of time time you leave feeling worse than when you walked in. If convenience was their selling point, they’ve officially lost it.
Lastly, the prices are deadly to even think of. Sure they have a new rewards system, but it’s only enough to bring you back. Plus, you need to have the McDonald’s app to be able to receive reward points & specialized savings.
I understand the economy is poor nowadays, but McDonald’s has gone through the ringer in charging way more than they need

Long story short the lady acted like it was our fault and gave me a whole attitude about their mistake. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
