the way Eduardo the manager spoke to my boyfriend tonight was absolutely horrible and unprofessional you guy’s need to hire a new manager someone who actually wants to be there… his customer service is disgusting and if I was there in person I probably would have cursed him out…. very miserable hire a manager who actually wants to do their job and actually knows customer service and how to speak to people… hire someone new or retrain him
We’ve never experienced customer service like this ever all the times we go here absolutely ridiculous
MY BOYFRIEND GOT HOME I ordered a deluxe double quarter pounder meal I get home they gave me an old dried out mccrispy sandwich with my double quarter deluxe tag on it… all my food was disgusting and cold the fries were also cold… absolutely disgusting how do you mess up an order this bad

All I wanted was a Shamrock Shake, and it was extremely disappointing. The shake I received was so watery it was more like soda or juice than ice cream. On top of that, the mint flavor was overpowering — it tasted like biting straight into a piece of gum. I had seen the reviews beforehand and should have listened, but I didn’t think ordering one Shamrock Shake would be that difficult, especially since it was the only thing I ordered.

If I can give no reviews I would. The manager “easel” or however you say or spell, because she whispered her name in embarrassment that she could not handle my issue is a terrible manager. She doesn’t know her numbers, my order numbers were read out of order, she then couldn’t manually apply a coupon and said something’s wrong with the app and didn’t provide assistance. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. I witnessed her previously get cursed out by another individual, now I understand.

McDonald’s has managed to make ordering even less personal with their new kiosk system. It’s a young man’s sport as well as deserving of a knowledge of technology to order. It’s no longer an order, pay, enjoy experience anymore, but an advanced DIY system now. It’s more confusing than just talking to a cashier.
As for the food… it’s McDonald’s, so expectations are already low, but it’s still shocking how little nutritional value you get for the calories. Greasy, overly processed, and 9/10ths of time time you leave feeling worse than when you walked in. If convenience was their selling point, they’ve officially lost it.
Lastly, the prices are deadly to even think of. Sure they have a new rewards system, but it’s only enough to bring you back. Plus, you need to have the McDonald’s app to be able to receive reward points & specialized savings.
I understand the economy is poor nowadays, but McDonald’s has gone through the ringer in charging way more than they need

062123 at about 6p , I stood at front counter for minutes as 3 empolyees didn’t seem to care to take my order. One young female empolyee were preparing an order from the drive through and were playing with another overweight guy empolyee completely out of uniform by tossing paper at each other. Another female empolyee seems to be a trendgender walked by me many times but none of them ask me if I needed help. I ordered happy meals and the young lady with a foot cast on just chose apple slices on behalf my children without asking.

My hubby ordered two sandwiches here at 10 am. I came to picked it up along with another order. The sandwiches were missing the steak and only had egg and cheese I came back with mine and not my husband as he already went back into work.
Long story short the lady acted like it was our fault and gave me a whole attitude about their mistake. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.
