Pasión Tequila is hands down one of our favorite—if not the favorite—Mexican restaurants in the area! The food is absolutely delicious and authentically prepared. EVERYTHING is made with care and tastes incredible.
The bar is a blast, offering a great selection of tequilas and cocktails, perfect for a fun night out. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The staff is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and always making sure you have a great experience.
One of the best things? They play the Seahawks games on Sundays, making it the perfect place to grab some amazing food and drinks while cheering on the team! If you’re looking for top-notch Mexican food in Bothell, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

First time at the restaurant and we absolutely loved it!! We got there in time for happy hour and had a couple margaritas and beers at the happy hour price. The restaurant was very well put together inside. Lots of neat decorations for Halloween and day of the dead decor. The staff was excellent, polite and professional. The food!!! It was delicious and fresh. We got a bean, cheese and chorizo dip appetizer that was full of flavor and amazing. Then we got the fajitas for 2. It’s an excellent price and we literally got 2 full meals out of it! What spilt the leftovers for lunch the next day and it was still delicious!! I cannot wait to return to this place now that I will be living in the area!!

The food here was amazing. The portion and overall price is great. I highly recommend the enchiladas or the camarones à la diabla for something spicy! Service was a little bit slow but I think it was because we were tucked away in a corner.

I recently visited Passion Tequila Mexican Restaurant and had an absolutely fantastic experience!
I ordered the Combo Number 10, which included Enchilada Chili Relleno, Tamale, and a side Hard Taco with Shredded Beef. Each dish was cooked to perfection, bursting with authentic flavors that transported me straight to Mexico.
I also ordered the Enchilada with Shredded Beef and Mole Sauce and it was a standout – the rich, savory mole sauce was spicy and paired beautifully with the tender beef.
The tamale was fluffy and flavorful, and the hard taco was packed with juicy, well-seasoned shredded beef.
To top of a wonderful dinner, I ordered the sopapillas. and they were absolutely delicious. They were not the traditional sopapillas that I am used to, they were fantastic!
The service was outstanding, friendly and attentive, making the whole dining experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend Passion Tequila to anyone looking for delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Jorge looked like a manager and got my foot to me extreemly fast and was super nice as well as the 2 server ladies. Was on lunch at work and they were super accommodating and the food was deliciouse. Go or the big burrito. They give you chips and salsa I could handle for spicyness. Haha thank you!

After passing Pasion Tequila for many years, we finally made the decision to give it a try. We felt awful about ourselves for waiting so long to try Pasion Tequila. Not only was the food and ambiance fantastic, but the service was excellent as well. What most impressed us, in our opinion, was how individualized the service was.
Seating booths are the only thing I have concerns with. When we got up to leave our booth seats, we had no idea how far down the floor was. Therefore, exercise caution when leaving a booth.

Unassuming fabulous restaurant tucked into Bothell’s scattering of businesses along Bothell Way NE.
The waiter ‘seemed’ new with an unassuming smile and willingness to provide great service. Typically, I order fajitas which are a favourite, but there was an intriguing enchilada Lorena on the menu. When I asked the waiter which is better, his eyes lit up describing the deliciousness of the Lorena. He agreed fajitas are always great!
But he encouraged me; I might try the
Enchilada Lorena. I have to admit something about the prawns, onion, and tomato enchilada in a lite creamy spinach and mushroom white sauce topped with red ranchero sauce, called my name too!
I couldn’t have been more pleased. I only needed to follow the brightness in our waiter’s eyes for what specular tastes arrived. 2 superb and unexpected things were the prawns cut in chunks so you could easily savour the taste, unlike some restaurants that include seafood only to pulverize it so you don’t know what you are eating. The second was to find full fresh spinach leaves inside the enchilada as well as in the cooked white sauce. It was an absolute win-win of a decision.
Our young waiters decision to recommend from his heart made for a great experience on my 1st time at this restaurant. It was easy to leave him a 40% tip!
