OMG, did someone ask for excellent duck tacos? You will not get any better than Partake. French Onion Soup? ues please. What a great find, Glenora you are lucky to have this little gem of a place! Sausage is killnot to mention the pairing of the dark chocolate espresso creme brulé with their No 70 cocktail. To die for!! Took my husband here for his birthday.

Really enjoyed our evening at Partake. It’s a quaint space that is very well decorated. Excellent service, in fact I’m not sure we’ve ever had better. Food was out quick and every selection was well prepared. We wanted to taste a lot so the four of us shared the devilled eggs, potatoes, salami, tacos, French onion soup, cabbage caesar, French dips and dessert. Both food and drinks were delicious with attention to detail. Will be back.

Another great local establishment another great experience. I’ve been here before and I remembered it being good-tonight reminded me why. Although the name is French, they are not pretentious or trying to be, smaller plates meant for sharing in a cosy environment. That’s it simple formula, but you still have to execute. And they do. And you know why? Cause the owner is working in the room he expedited our food out to us not too many places still have this kind of passion in the city. Just a couple drinks tonight and two snack; devilled eggs, and the mini French dip. Wow, just look at the presentation on the eggs! Not not your parents or your grandparents 70s era cocktail party snack. And the French dip for two-it’s a meal really, and really well prepared simple simple ingredients. Overall . . . happy happy! will be back, will be back (yes I meant to repeat ). Big thanks to Abigail. Great service. Great discussion on local fair and local establishments.

Food is absolutely divine. Every biteful was packed with flavor. The breads they use are next level and nearly everything is scratch made in house.
Service is a tad slow, but that’s to be expected from a small restaurant.

Consistently amazing and has an exquisite menu where there is no wrong choice on the menu. Go here if you want the best french onion soup you’ve ever had. The charcuterie offerings change and there is always a cheese/meat option that will work for everyone (even if you’re picky IMO). Adorable atmosphere and I love going here. Make sure to email ahead if you want to reserve for a table of 4 or more.

Really enjoyed the food, drinks and atmosphere that Partake offered. Servers were accommodating and friendly. Really loved the food options, complimentary popcorn with their special flavour, and very sharable plates. They have an expanding cocktail menu and an online option to view some of their past cocktails.

French onion soup was to die for. We got 4 different items from the menu and they were each uniquely different. The server was on the ball for explaining what we were getting, free popcorn with garlic oil and sea salt as a starter. Atmosphere was accommodating and cozy lit with candle. Great to see a FRIENDLY French restaurant with no pomp! Definitely going back but next time will make a reservation as there is limited seating.

Partake is a cozy little restaurant that serves amazing food! We really enjoyed our dinner here. Everyone in my party loved every single dish that we ordered. Nothing was “just ok” All the food was seasoned perfectly and the flavours were amazing. We recommend the Beef Tartar, Bittebollen and the house made sausage. Incredible food and warm, friendly service here. Highly recommend setting a reservation as there are only 28 seats.

Quaint and cute restaurant with bar seating too. The food is quality and medium size portions that might take longer than most due to the small kitchen and attention to detail but it’s worth it. The outdoor patio is a big step down in the classy atmosphere but is a decent, chill option on a not-too-hot summer day. Service is pleasant as well.
