Disappointed to drive from McLean to this place and get old food and old fruits even on the crapes. Server very sad, waiting forever for a small box to take the pancakes only. Sea food is old and can stay same like French fries with rutted fruits 🙁

I saw this ad for buy one, get one free deal. I went in and tried to carry-out and the lady at the front desk goes to ask her manager. The manager tells her that is for dine-in only and I have to purchase two drinks with it. I told the manager that no where on the ad does it dine-in only or with the purchase of two drinks. So my question is, if it was only me buying two crepes, I would still have to purchase two drink with that order? How does that make sense? Just because I was carrying out with mom, he said I need to purchase two drinks? How is that fair?Then another lady at the front desk tells me it is for senior citizens only (not to mention that my mom who was with me is a senior citizen, it was such an unnecessary comment). Then I proceed to look for the crepe section on the menu and there isn’t any. I saw a crepe that has crème and chocolate on it, but there was no description for this crepe on the menu so I asked her what is in it and she went to ask her manager again and he tells her it’s cinnamon when clearly it’s chocolate. So at this point, I just bought my mom her crepe and decided to go somewhere else to get my own breakfast. In the picture you can see no where does it state dine-in with the purchase of two drinks or senior citizens only. Why falsely advertise? Also, the lack on knowledge of the manager and the employees is baffling. I am not sure why the employees have to run to the manager for every little question and description about the items on the menu. It seems the manager himself is lacking in knowledge. I am disappointed and will not be returning to this location.

It was good. Served fast. Tasty. Cheap. Typical iHop, nothing unusual. But I poured so much maple sirup on those pancakes that I got such a sugar high ))))) I was out for like 30 min. And of course I had a a burger with fries which added 15 min to my coma ))))

Had one good breakfast here about a month ago. Then went back with my whole family and it was bad enough that we will not be going back. Out of all the meals they brought all were either cold or just not hot. Service was polite but flakey and yes they messed up the order. I am usually forgiving of one or two mistakes, we all make them. But this was so bad I was wondering if there was a camera there watching our reactions. In the end just paid and left. Wont go back. Sad because I Like IHOP.

I came into to find out from the manager my to go order placed 25 minutes prior for a full stack of pancakes wasn’t ready yet, it’s only 5 pancakes mind you! I asked if it wasn’t to much trouble to order another full stack using my pancake points. No problem he said it will be just a few minutes. I waited and waited not minding a little extra for my previous and new order. He never came back! When another employee finally got him to come back he looked at me like he never spoke with me before? I asked again and waited again. I saw him walking around with plates in his hands doing who knows what? I finally went up to request a refund when the gentleman asked my name, I explained that the manger said my order wasn’t ready and getting an additional order for me. He immediately turned checked the to go shelf and found my order that was sitting there the whole time!!! I waited from 11:45-12:15 for an order that was already done and one that was never given because the manger was incompetent! Very disappointing!!!

Great food. Though there was a lot of people but we didn’t have wait long for our food. The food server keep on checking on us if everything is okay or if we need something else. Great service!
