Fun Fact: It used to be a tire shop! Now it’s transformed into this beautiful spacious restaurant. Indoor and outdoor patio seating is available. Great for bigger parties too.
I was quickly welcomed by staff the moment I walked in. They made me feel like part of the family here.
Tommy was our waiter and did an excellent job of explaining the cocktails and food.
We started with the spicy blood orange margarita & French 1055 cocktails. Perfectly made and refreshing on a warm day. For Apps we chose the Parque Pockets. They are filled with the juiciest braised beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cabbage. Highly recommend these! We also had the mini surf n turf. The sesame ahi tuna was perfectly cooked and melted in my mouth, as did the prime filet mignon. Both well executed and delicious.
The award winning Pomegranate braised short ribs are a must order! Little bites of succulent short ribs over creamy celery root. They literally melt in your mouth. So worthy of the award from Casa Pacifica food & wine festival.
The pan roasted Mary’s chicken covered in chimichurri marinade & served with potato arugula salad was the perfect hearty meal. Offered on the dinner menu.
For dessert we had the crème brûlée, which also comes with a side of macerated mixed berry jam. Loved the berry topping. The affogato espresso pour over was also perfect! The espresso wasn’t bitter, and the flavor was bold with caramel notes. Absolutely loved it!
They also have special tasting events, live bands and more!

Overall, my experience here was excellent and restaurants like this are the ones that are worthy of returning to.
The prices were fairer than average. The interior was roomy and airy, but not cold or too sleeky modern. Roll up doors to the patio were open in the fair weather, and they had a nice jazz trio that took requests. What fun. A new treasured spot. It was a most delightful experience.
For starters they have a clam chowder that is incredible. Probably the best I’ve ever had and with actual fresh clams in it. But they also have a killer Cobb salad with delicious and moist chicken in it or exceptionally yummy roasted Brussels sprouts with dates and bacon.
I could go through their entire menu like that and have yet to find a dish that didn’t just blow me away.
I have been there mostly for lunch where it is pretty quiet but on weekends there is a lively atmosphere with sometimes live music on the patio outside.
The building is beautiful with tasteful decor and the staff is always very sweet.
It is for me a treat to go there and admittedly not the cheapest place but for what you get the prices are very reasonable and worth every cent. This place can easily hold its own compared to some fancy (and much pricier) restaurants in Beverly Hills.
I really hope they will stay in Santa Paula as a pillar of culinary excellence for many years to come.
Today we went for brunch, such a great experience. Sat outside on the beautiful patio and were given the option of an umbrella but we opted for sun. GORGEOUS patio setting! I had the California Benedict with lox and would get that again. The spicy Bloody Mary was decent too.
What a wonderful surprise we had this past Mother’s Day!
A dear friend invited us on a field trip with her son and another friend, and she took us to the charming town of Santa Paula. If you’re coming from Santa Clarita, Ventura, or anywhere nearby, the drive is peaceful and scenic — the perfect start to the day.
She brought us to a beautiful new restaurant called Parque1055, located right on Main Street (1055 E Main St, Santa Paula). From the moment we walked in, we felt the warmth of the space. It’s welcoming, stylish, and full of heart.
Our server, Alexa, was as sweet and attentive as can be. And then came an amazing surprise — the owner, Bob Dawson, personally came to our table to introduce himself. He shared the inspiring story of how Parque1055 came to life, and even brought our drinks himself. It’s rare these days to find an owner so involved and genuine.
We also met Heather, the marketing and events coordinator, who was just as friendly and made us feel truly valued.
As for the food? Absolutely outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor — we were genuinely wowed. We left full, happy, and already planning our return.
Parque1055 isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience. If you’re looking for delicious food, warm hospitality, and a peaceful drive, do yourself a favor and visit this magical Place.
