Parmiss Mediterranean Restaurant & Bar is fantastic! The food was very good, and our server, Hamid Raza, was excellent—kind, attentive, and always on top of things. One weekend night, the restaurant was jampacked with no seats, and we sat outside. There was a live singer performing, and we saw Hamid Raza running around making sure everyone’s food was served as quickly as possible—it was impressive! The manager/owner was also incredibly kind, constantly checking in and saying “enjoy” every time our food arrived. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommend!

I happened to find this place by chance as I was driving from San Diego to LA. The place is so quaint and welcoming. Patio seating is very inviting with the gentle breeze and the sound of water fountain. The music is very soothing and therapeutic. Coming to food, this is by far one of the best Persian places I have been to in CA and TX. I had the Lamb Shank. The sauce flavor was very flavorful. Everything my family ordered was off the charts delicious! I will definitely come back if I am driving this way again. And the baklava is to die for… Don’t skip it! Make sure to get tea.

The management and entire service staff went above and beyond. We had our wedding here and they went created a truly magical night for us and our families. We had the most memorable and beautiful night. The food was delicious, the decor was spectacular and the service was flawless. I would recommend this venue and restaurant. The food served cold , the lamb shank was a Little bit salty. Overall the food was okay I could have 3 starts for food but the customer service was awful. We went there on Sunday at 6 pm and any food we order out of menu they’ve been out so my husband asked what do you have available then and the lady who was taking our order got mad and said we worked since 7 am for 7 days a week and we had a lot of pick up order so we said okay but what’s available do you have available??!! And she said let me check the kitchen and never came back and after 30 min we asked other server who will take our order and he said sorry i tough the lady took care of you and he finally told us what they have available. The worst experience ever sadly.

The chicken didn’t have fake food color that almost all Persian restaurants add to it to look like it’s saffron! The taste was so close to home made and it was delicious. The owner is really nice and the restaurant vibe is very positive. They also have hookah and live music woot woot!

Not a special Persian food! The Egplabt kashke bademjon was full of oil and one of the worth I had in recent years. The chicken kebab smelled so clearly not marinated properly.
The lady taking our order was friendly but mix my wife order Chicken breast kebab with a chicken thigh. My wife appetite was lost by the time they replaced the order. Although she tried to make it up to us by providing a free Greek salad.

So glad this downtown restaurant location has been remodeled and a new restaurant is in town. I ordered fluffy Basmati rice with DELICIOUSLY juicy yet perfectly charred chicken kabob, charred onions, bell pepper and tomato. The meal was delicious. The service was great, the ambiance is wonderful. Their price is a little more than other Mediterranean places but for a nice dining experience its worth it. My only taste preference is that I would prefer Balsamic dressing on salad and/or the side but we didn’t request any. Will be going back often.

My friends and I dined at Parmiss and it was wonderful! Lovely dining room, friendly staff, great service and the food was excellent! We loved the server’s suggestions of appetizers and a platter of beef & chicken kabobs, lamb chops and fresh grilled veggies! We will definitely soon go again!

Their service was outstanding. The food was fresh and tasty. Their barg and koobideh was juicy and flavorful. Their rack of lamb was average. The restaurant had a chill vibe. Overall a great experience.

My fiance and I just so happened to find our way here. We sat outside although it wasn’t busy and there were seats inside. The weather was great, so we took advantage of the outdoor seating. We did let them know we’re were there, thoug which I would suggest doing. Our server, who we found out later, is a new manager. Was attentive and very kind. I didn’t really know what I was ordering, but I went for it and ended up with lamb shank. It was full of flavor and came with rice that was also packed with flavor. I would not only order it again but recommend it to anyone willing to try something a little different. We concluded our meal with a nice warm tea. If you’re open to trying something new that’s packed with culture. And you’re willing to slow down a bit to really enjoy it, I’d recommend taking your time and savoring each bite.
