Absolutely Amazing! Definitely a good place to stop for the best pizza and wings. Highly recommend the Sriracha Bourbon BBQ. Service was excellent and atmosphere was very authentic and relaxing environment. Being right next a railroad also allows for a cool view of passing trains.

I’m always looking for a good pizza joint and was interested in trying this place. The reviews mentioned the hot honey pepperoni, and my interest was piqued. The pizza overall was ok, and it was a bit greasy for me. The crust was good, but I didn’t feel like I could taste the hot or honey. The space is great and the service was friendly. There are multiple locations across Louisville.

Went on a quiet Thursday evening, first time at a Parlour, nestled off betweem the full bloomed trees it was hard to spot, but well worth the stop. Minor communication gaps between the two servers, but hey, they were just trying to provide top-notch service. Food was delicious I couldn’t even decide what to get, got the sunflower drink which was a 10/10 as well. Now knowing that it’s right up the street, I’ll be sure to come back and try all the things I couldn’t decide on. Pictured is what remained of my Hot Honey Pepperoni 11″ pizza.

I tried the lunch menu at this restaurant. It was the day of Louisville Pizza Week. My friends had the specialty menu and I had the Alfredo pizza because I personally love Alfredo. The food was very good, the atmosphere was great, and our server was very nice. The prices were a bit expensive for a regular pizza restaurant.

Recently ordered dinner here and really enjoyed it. Their dough is very good and it made for delicious breadsticks and crust. The dipping sauces were all nice accents to the bread. I ordered the cheese pizza and for my wife the wings. The sauce was flavorful and the cheese was excellent. It made it to the house without being soggy or soft. The wings were meaty and the sauces were delicious. Although they were not baked quite as crispy as she would like, they reheated in the oven with sauce on them perfectly.
They had several flavors of wing sauce to choose from.
All in all, it was GOOD!! Give it a try.

Best Parlour in Louisville. This is the one to come to. AVOID Parlour in NuLu (please see my review for that one). My friend and I come here specifically because of better customer service and Lizzy being a manager here. We were glad to know she came here and left NuLu location.
Food always comes out a decent time, customer service is top notch and is a welcoming environment. We never had a bad experience at this location and the staff is much more friendly and prompt. Anytime we see Lizzy here she always comes by our table and asks how we are and how the food is. We absolutely love her and this location. We will be back again and again.

I really wanted to like this restaurant. There was such high praise from our local friends but even they saw that something was off this evening. We started off having to ask for additional menus so that each of us (party of 4) had our own. We ordered and were served drinks promptly (great selection of beverages btw) but after drinks our waitress seemed to have forgotten us, and this is where the comedy of errors began. Eventually, maybe 20 minutes passed, our waitress came back to take our order and was shocked that we hadn’t ordered yet. We ordered apps and entries at the time, seeing as we were forgotten about once already. After apps, we awaited our entrees, 20 minutes or so passed, could have been longer, we were visually trapped by the Top fails of 2022 of all time on the TV. Our meals were brought to the table separately, almost 10 minutes between each and because we are polite we kindly waited for everyone to be served before eating. Other servers come and go, it looks like the restaurant is getting busy but after 30 minutes, we all had our orders, the last entree being a salad…
All the food was great, but by the time the last order came to the table, some of our food was already cold.
Because we are glutton for punishment we ordered a second round of drinks. One non alcoholic beer in a can and the other, 5% amber that is on tap from a local brewery. We received two cans, only wanting one, and I’m still waiting for the second beer.
As we were wrapping up and trying to get our checks (which also took awhile but less than 20 min) something from behind the patio bar started leaking. The puddle that was forming from under the bar was now headed right for our table. We didn’t know, of course, and neither did the staff, until my friend’s dress started soaking it up in her dress. We handed our paid receipts to the server and left. I don’t think the dress is ruined but I’m really glad we weren’t going anywhere afterwards.

So I could have written that our experience was “Not Good” but I don’t think that is a through enough.
Again, the food was great, maybe the experience is different/better on a week night.
Oh and the garlic butter sauce was awesome!

Pizza and pepperoni bombs were delicious. Sausage and meatballs were great topping choices. Salad was okay, I’ve had better, but it was still good and fresh. Only have pictures after I put leftovers in box
