I ordered 6 donuts this morning. 4 gluten friendly, 2 regular. I made allergens known before ordering clear as day to the gentleman at the register. He not only acknowledged me addressing we had allergies but discussed ingredients in one of the glazes to be sure it was safe. He then gave me all 6 donuts incorrectly. He did fix them, however, he fixed my 2 regular donuts then I waited 10minutes for the incorrect gluten friendly donuts, then had to wait another 10minutes for those to be corrected. This seemed to be a trend this morning as multiple customers orders kept being wrong. so hopefully next visit will be better and this was simply a new worker.
The gluten friendly donuts were so moist they couldn’t be picked up had to be eaten with a spoon a fork couldn’t even stab it. Overly sweet and very grainy texture. Won’t order this again. My kids liked the regular donuts. Excited to try the regular food next time in hope it will be better as the atmosphere is great!

Parlor Doughnuts is outstanding! It’s the definition of a hidden gem and I’m glad I came across it. The doughnuts are soft, delicious, and huge! You definitely get your money’s worth. The coffee is outstanding as well! The restaurant is very clean and charming, the service was friendly and efficient, and all of the prices were very reasonable!

Awesome Place! Best Donuts in town! The variety is awesome, and the taste of these donuts are heavenly! The smell is so amazing, and I have a hard time not eating them before I get home. Love the Turtles, and the Raspberry Filled are my two favorites. I have not got one yet that I have not liked. Stop in and find your favorite, as I guarantee you will be a Repeat Customer!

Sipped on a Maple Brown Sugar Latte and hot chocolate—both were delicious, but that latte? Absolute perfection.

Recently had the distinct pleasure of speaking with the staff in the drive through department. I am impressed with their professional phone etiquette especially on a early Sunday morning. The staff was very respectful of my time and paid attention to details. I will shop here whenever my trucking company sends me this way again. Twelve dollar acai bowl, five slices of strawberries, four banana slices. There was a ten minute wait on this and it’s not even a portion of fruit. Five slices of strawberries, so, a singular berry, and four slices of banana, one fourth of a banana. Plenty of granola though, none of the advertised ingredients even equate to even the most modest of portions. No spoon or napkins were provided.

My favorite doughnut chain, hands-down. It’s even better than 5 Daughters in Nashville. It’s the perfect balance of dough and sweet. I’m so glad they have branches out into so many cities!!!
