I think most people’s expectation when using the drive through is that it’s in and out and in my experience that’s not often the case as I’ll be waiting for 5 minutes maybe more for the food to come out at times. Really seems to depend on if your doughnuts are already done or if they have to make them fresh. Food is good but if you’re in a rush it may be a gamble coming here unless you just go in to see what’s already made. Also had their new pig and fig the other day and they came our looking wonky and there was sausage bits on it? Didn’t remember them coming with that on it before, only bacon. Wasn’t crazy about it last visit.

Stopped in on my way into do training for the team at work to pick up a couple dozen donuts. Ariel was awesome, fast, friendly, had me in and out with a great assortment and back on the road. Donuts are amazing, the team loved them. Will be back again.

I absolutely love parlor doughnuts. Their food is always fantastic but for some reason today they have failed on the toppings of the doughnuts. Barely any sprinkles, and 3 small pieces of bacon. Their maple bacon are my favorite and they look nothing like they are advertised. Just awful toppings today. I’m very disappointed . Hopefully they can do better next time. I will change my review when you all figure out your topping issue and address mine.

This place is down the street from me so I had to stop and get donuts for my coworkers. They were WoWed to say the least. The donuts were so good!! The coffee is highly recommended as well. My sister is a big fan of the breakfast sandwiches.

Parlor Doughnuts was such a great experience! The environment was welcoming and had such a good vibe from the moment we walked in. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to help us. They even customized my order so I could celebrate a coworker, which made it feel extra special. You can tell they really care about their customers and creating a great experience. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re looking for amazing doughnuts and genuinely kind service!

The donuts are massive, unique and tasty! One of their best sellers is the French Toast donut and I can see why! It’s fluffy but still has density to it and the topping taste exactly like French toast. These donuts are bigger than I expected as well.
The breakfast sandwiches were good as well, I loved the biscuits they used.
Not many “traditional” options but honestly I only see that as an issue if you have non adventurous kids with you.

– Flavor is outstanding, making them a must-try for low-carb diners.
– Consistency needs work: on 4 of 6 occasions they were thinly iced, throwing off the cake-to-icing ratio.

I went back today and asked for extra icing on the keto doughnuts, but was told they couldn’t do that. The doughnut ended up with the bare minimum of icing—thinner than ever. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
Updating my review to share that management reached out to me, offered a full reimbursement for my last visit, and assured me that staff will be retrained. I really appreciate the exceptional customer service—I’ll definitely be giving them another try!

I really want to love this place—their keto doughnuts feel like such a treat for sticking to healthy eating. However, the way the doughnuts are prepared has been a bit disappointing. There’s so little frosting that it’s hard to really taste or enjoy it, which takes away from the experience. Below is a picture of my barely-iced cheesecake doughnut for reference.

Could only give it one star, because we left before we could order. Fist impressions make a huge impact. There was one person in front of us and she did not even acknowlwdge her for at least 10 min. There were only 2 workers in the morning. The atmosphere was really akward, did not feel it was even open. Mind you it was 9am. Worker was too busy doing doordash orders. We left and went to Jeff Bakery. Will not be back. Also my daughter told us they are not good. She saved us from spending money on greasy doughnuts and horrible service.
