I used to love to eat here. I’m not sure what happened but it’s terrible now. We went a few nights ago. The country style steak didn’t even look like country style steak. Appeared that they didn’t mix the ingredients properly ♀️. Their green beans used to be awesome but not anymore.

I forgot her name but the girl with the glasses and curly short hair has terrible customer service. First off, she takes our orders we received our drinks (I got a Pepsi and my daughter got Diet Pepsi) she goes I don’t know which one is which so you’ll have to figure it out yourselves, that’s just plain rude and lazy, we got our appetizers she took our order and then proceeded to wait 35 minutes for our food.. in that time I had went outside for a minute and saw that my food was sitting on the counter ready to be served.. I waited the 30ish minutes like I said when my food came it was ice cold, and she was offended when I asked if it could be warmed up and if my daughter could have ranch, when she came back she basically threw my plate and the ranch at me and didn’t once come to ask if we needed refills, I had to get up TWICE to ask for my drinks. When going up to pay she just handed us the check , didn’t say anything nor even have a good night or nothing. In my 57 years of life I have NEVER EVER not given someone a tip.. but this time I just couldn’t find the slightest reason too. If you want a good tip then give GOOD SERVICE. On the other hand the girl with the pink hair and braids was the sweetest and most helpful one there. She deserves a raise and promotion honestly, she did more for us then our own waitress.

Good food, if you manage to get what you ordered. Asked for a big bad pickle burger, and got a regular big bad burger? No fried pickle or ranch in sight on the burger, at least… Also couldn’t manage to get a drink refill if my life depended on it. Nor could anyone else eating with me, for that matter. Was not busy, 3pm or so on a Saturday afternoon… at one point, I think there was only one other table occupied in the entire restaurant.

No help. 3 working the dining floor. Had to wait 40 minutes just to get drinks then 10 more minutes to give food orders. There was an incident in the kitchen that my daughter witnessed so doubtful we’ll be going back.

Food arrived hot to the table, which is definitely a plus. It was tasty as well and fair proportioned. Service was good and friendly. They sell fresh cookies at the cash register that are to die for. Worth a trip to this restaurant just to buy the cookies which are probably the best I have ever had. I will be back…..
