I cannot say enough positive things about Parkville Wine House!!! I met my friend there yesterday for the 1st time and was SO impressed. I was immediately greeted by the owner (I didn’t get his name) and sat outside in the back terrace. I met some ladies who were having the best time and getting ready for their visit for Mom’s weekend at University of AR…so fun (fun place = fun visitors). Jackie the other owner, waited on us and I started out with a yummy Prosecco from France and then my friend and I split a bottle of Sauvingnon Blanc and shared the best appetizers with Gouda cheese, spicy pretzels, tuscan flatbread, hummus with basil and pesto…it was the perfect evening to be out and the ambiance, service and treats are second to NONE-I cannot wait to go back and am thinking about a client appreciation event there SOON!!! Thank you, Jackie and crew-you are the BEST!!!

This was my first visit to Parkville Wine House and won’t be the last. It is lovely with excellent wine & friendly staff – they also serve beer and cocktails! While we didn’t eat, everyone around us was raving about their plates. Can’t wait to come back

So glad there’s a wine place back in Parkville! Love their outdoor space in front and back. Plenty of indoor space as well. Really great selection of wine flights. David was super friendly and attentive. We tried their fig and goat cheese flatbread and it did not disappoint.

Charming remodeled home just a short walk from all that downtown Parkville has to offer. The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, with tons of wine options to enjoy. Perfect for a relaxing spot in a vibrant, walkable neighborhood.

Great atmosphere, plenty of seating, great selection of wine (but I got a mimosa), indoor/outdoor space. I would go here again! We wanted some toasted bread but the oven was out (just today? ‍♀️It’s a holiday and they were open special hours). Otherwise good experience after a parade just outside their doors! It’s about a 5 minute walk from the free public parking at English Landing Park.

I was excited to try this place as a local resident. The atmosphere was great overall, very cozy. They had a live singer which was nice. We came in for my friends birthday and it was busy and we didn’t really know how to get a table or if we should go to the bar. Eventually someone helped us a couple minutes later. She was our server and seemed stressed that we wanted to be seated. Couldn’t tell if she wanted to seat us or convince us not to sit. She came by and it turns out we didn’t quite understand the menu because it said pick 3 and we didn’t realize one of the options counted as 2. Not a big deal. I was kind of trying to explain to her that I just didn’t understand that and that was fine we would adjust our order. She was a little condescending after that and started acting like we were being rude to her an gave us the sort of attitude someone gives when they just want to deal with you or de-escalate a situation. Which me and my friend are very understanding people, we both work in the service industry. I understand she could have been flustered from a busy night but the way she treated us from then on is that we were problem customers. We asked about the wine flight and she was weird about explaining it, I honestly had more questions about the menu after she talked to us. I feel like there is any easy way to say oh yeah maybe you misunderstood that but this is how the menu works, instead I felt like we were being treated as if we were dumb and also offended her. The manager checked on us later and was super nice. The people that brought the drink were super nice. Our waitress was getting off shift while we were dining and made an effort to say bye to the other table she was serving and then rushed past us without acknowledgement and ran out the door. I really don’t think we did anything to be rude to her and I give a lot of leeway for perspective of a situation. I am a store manager of a food service industry and all I could think is that is not how you handle people. If she had been the server for the whole experience I would have given her a low tip, and it takes a lot for me to lower my tips. Because someone else finished us out I didn’t do that, because the overall service didn’t reflect how she treated us. I would like to go back because I did enjoy it overall, but not a great first experience with her specifically.

Very thankful to have another quality wine bar in the Northland. Knowledgable staff, diverse wine selection, excellent small bite options.

The space itself is well thought out and beautifully built. It’s open with cozy sections upstairs and on the main level. Parking is always difficult in downtown Parkville and this is no exception but it’s worth your time or a short walk down the street to get here.

We really enjoyed it here. Decided to go at the last minute, about 6pm on a Saturday. We were able to get a table but I see the appeal of reserving a top deck seat. The charcuterie was great and the live music was a perfect surprise.

I made a reservation at this establishment for 8:15 PM. Reservation slots appear to be available as late as 9:00 PM on the website, and reservations must be “accepted” by the wine bar. We arrived promptly at 8:15 PM, and my husband and I each ordered a wine flight, which we were told was the most popular menu item. We were about half way through our flights when our server began coming out to collect empty tasting vessels, collect payment, etc. We were then told we could stay as long as we liked, but they would just “clean up around us.” While we drank the last portion of our wine flights, blinds were closed, the area around our feet was swept, and lights were turned off. This was all before 9:00 PM. The wine was fine, but the rest of the experience was terrible. I do not recommend.
