The pizza is OK. The pizza is cut in squares but I feel the crust would be better suited for triangle slices instead of square. But the milk shake I got was not very good at all it was pretty much just chocolate milk. I will give the place another shot and see if it improves any.

First and last visit. Just left 5mins ago on 3/30/23. No prices on the menus at the register. No prices on the menus at the tables. SPENT $65 on food that was sub-par. Food all came out at separate times. Not really sitting down with a meal together when everyone is eating at separate times. No real customer service at all. Not impressed at all. Cheese pizza came out and it was supposed to be pepperoni literally waited for me to pay before they fixed it.

The new ownership has made the place shine! It is so bright and clean! The pizza is delicious and seeing all the yummy ice cream how can you not get a scoop! Definitely a family favorite of ours!

The service left a lot to be desired! Lots of employees standing around doing nothing or talking instead of working. The one lady was bragging to someone about how she’s there 7 days a week and went on about it for probably twenty minutes while ignoring customers…. The food was absolutely awful the deluxe pizza had next to no toppings the wings were extremely dry and the cheese bread was burnt on the bottom. I definitely would not recommend this place or revisit this place. It’s also very overpriced and they don’t post their prices anywhere.

Food quality is mediocre at best with low quality ingredients. Pretzel sticks with beer cheese was amazing tho! Sandwiches came out slapped together falling apart mess, my sandwich meat was literally in basket instead of bun! And i had the pleasure of eating my entire meal watching a staff members gut literally hanging out slobishly with her on a too little shirt. Potato skins were raw and more huge cgunks if lettuce then anything in all 3 sandwiches

I had been to Captain 9’s several time and always thought it was just ok, but with new ownership the place looks clean and I got a Chicken Teriyaki Pizza that was great. I even ate the crust that I typically throw away at most places. I’ll definitely be back for another.

Walked in, because we wanted to see what the new place was like since changing from Captain 9’s. When we get in, I look at the fancy new digital boards. All of which don’t have even one price on them. I ask, do you have something with prices? He looks at the hand out for carry out instead of the physical menus.. nothing. He goes to the register, I can tell you from the register. We’re going through a couple.. and it was tedious. I step back and pull it up online, about double ebay he was saying. Couldn’t tell me how big anything was. The service was rough. Way too pricey for what they offer.

Ever since this place changed hands the menu is the same, the food is pure filth. Family of 4 all sick from brown lettuce on taco pizza. The deluxe had zero toppings, the wings were dry and flabby (asked for garlic parm, not naked wings) and I have had better cheez whiz than the cheese they give you with flavorless cheese bread. No prices on the menu board or the take home menu. Prices are never the same each visit. My advice they need to stick to ice cream because they know Jack about pizza.
