Elizabeth was the most AMAZING waitress ever! She went above and beyond for me and my party of friends and assisted in creating a surprise brunch for me. She even heard me talking about a specific song I love and played it just for me and my friends to sing to and sang with us. She was a joy and a light. She brought out cake and surprise birthday signs and sparklers just for me! I felt so loved and celebrated and attended to. She was so sweet and such a great vibe! Me and all my friends absolutely LOVE her. I promised my girl Elizabeth I would come back to see her always. Food was amazing too of course and I LOVE mocktails and this restaurant happens to have the best! Food was top tier and FILLING! You get your money’s worth for sure. She helped make this moment so special for me and now I have memories to last a lifetime. Thank you Elizabeth! She deserves a raise and all the tips! I’ll be back partly because of the amazing food and drinks but mainly because of the amazing service and experience from Elizabeth.

The food was bomb. Me and my family got beef and chicken shawarma plates and it was fire. Our server, Leah, was supper sweet and always checked on us to make sure everything was good. We sat in the library room and it was super cool and detailed. The scenery overall in this restaurant was super nice and pretty. Definitely would come again

This was my first time at Parkerz and I loved it! Maki was my server- gorgeous, personable, gave great recommendations, and smelled AMAZING lol I ordered a salad and added salmon. The premium hookah was very smooth and the ice hose made it even better! I had a strawberry banana smoothie and my friend had mango no-jito (a mocktail), which were both delicious!! If you’re thinking about going, just go!! And ask for Maki for a great experience

We had such a great experience at Parkerz in Houston, and a big part of that was our server, Mindy. She was incredibly friendly from the moment we arrived and made us feel genuinely welcome. She took the time to show us around and made sure we were comfortable with everything, which really elevated the whole visit.
The place itself has a really cool, eclectic vibe — full of character and personality — and Mindy fit right in with that energy. She was attentive without being overbearing and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night.
Excellent service, great atmosphere, and we’ll definitely be back. Thanks again, Mindy!

Our waitress Mindy was very patient and kind! Food and atmosphere great! No alcohol beverages sold here but the mocktail purple poison was a delightful!!!

Atmosphere was great! Customer service was amazing, shout out to the ladies that served my friend and I. However, the food needs improvement, I ordered the beef shawarma fries, it had this bland taste, I had to order the the chicken shawarma fries, it tasted better. But my friend liked her salad, so we are good.

Place was packed usual for a Saturday night. Got seated but it took 25 mins for our order to be taken by a server because there was only 1 in the room where we were seated and a party was being checked out so we were told to wait before we could place our order which took around 20 mins.
We ordered there Parkerz pasta with chicken which we always loved.
It cost $26 for the chicken pasta which cost total around $32 with tax and the potions are significantly reduced and also tasted like it was made with black pepper and a Chinese cuisine meal. I asked for silverware and was provided plastic utensils.
I really like the ambiance of the place but their food quality, service and pricing have let us down.
Will not recommend going.

Mindy was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, attentive, and had such a positive attitude. She made sure everything was perfect and checked on us just the right amount without being overbearing. Her customer service was truly top tier, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she serves. Mindy made our whole dining experience even better. If you get the chance to have her as your waitress, you’re definitely in good hands! And lastly she was sweet enough to take the most beautiful picture of me ❤️

Food was and hookah was decent. Meat were Juicy but needs a bit more flavor. Hummus could be a lot better. Same for Pita Bread.
Service was great however I did have to mention about drinks.
