I checked out their new location today! (Located inside the Grove City Outlet Mall’s food court) The staff was so friendly and patient! They really care for their customers! On top of the absolutely delicious pastries and dessert I got. Thanks for a wonderful experience! I will be back to try some food items!!

The staff is very friendly but the food is substandard. The burgers taste like the cheapest meat that can be bought, no salt or pepper to liven it up. I read another review that likened it to cafeteria food, I highly agree. The fries are no good either, soggy and not cooked well. My second time here because I thought the first time might be a fluke, but it wasn’t.

(Parker’s Parlor by Fox’s Pizza) I havent tried the ice cream, but the hamburgers, hot dogs, and fries were outstanding for the price. The staff was some off the nicest I’ve interacted with in food service

Ate at the one in the grove city outlets and although staff was super nice the food was terrible. NOT WORTH THE MONEY SUPER EXPENSIVE FOR WHAT YOU GET. Everything tasted as if it was made 3 days ago, I feel bad for the staff having to serve such terrible food.

A hidden gem worth discovering. Parker’s Parlor sits at the edge of town and might look a little unassuming from the outside, but step inside and you’ll find a charming, nostalgic ice cream shop packed wall-to-wall with Hershey’s Ice Cream. They boast an impressive 32 flavors — a rare find in Western Pennsylvania.

A little trivia for you: do you know who Hollywood is currently making a film about that is being filmed in Pittsburgh?

Specifically the one in the Grove City outlets. The hot dog was tough and slightly dry, the burgers tasted like cafeteria food, the fries were extremely tough even though we waited 20 minutes for them to make them. I got two of the macarons as well and they were dry and stale. I don’t believe it was the workers fault as there were only 2 of them and they both looked 18 or under, but the food is not worth the money you spend on it.
