If you’re looking for an authentic Mexican spot, then you’re at the right place! The quesabirria tacos were definitely a highlight. Picture this, you take a bite and immediately transport to paradise. The cheese was flavorful and stretchy like in the movies
The Hawaiian burger made me feel like I was in the sweet beaches in Waikiki.
Last but certainly not least, the service was top tier. The attendant was very sweet, kept us updated about our wait time and even threw in a sweet surprise. She’s awesome & super kind. I hope this place continues to grow and gets the recognition it deserves!

This is my 2nd time eating here. Nice food truck that’s usually parked in the pep lots parking lot on mobile highway, so lots of available parking to sit and eat in your car. Customer service is always good, friendly, nice service. I love that they are open late if you are looking for a late night treat. Both times we tried the birria and quesabirria tacos. The flavor the 1st time was ehh but 2nd time around it was sooo good. The cheese was perfectly melted, the beef was piled on amd it was indeed flavorful. You are getting what you pay for in a positive way. Meal came with a dumdum pop, 3 tacos, onions, lime, cucumber, 2 sauces and a consomé cup. So the consomé cup was okay. Both times it wasn’t as flavorful as I had liked, the flavor of the tacos do make up for it. I would recommend this spot, I’d love to try their pizza and burrito next.

The food looks good, but it was severely lacking in taste. I didn’t even finish my meal, it wasn’t worth it.
I was excited to try their elote in a cup. I was sad when I took a bite and realized I was eating canned corn. The service was good and the workers were super nice, wish the food had been good as well.

Best birria I’ve had in a while! The birria pizza is huge and can easily feed 3. They also give you a ton of consume, and when I called to ask for only red salsa they did it no problem. Highly recommend them!

Excellent spot. Most places in Pensacola are Honduran or Guatemalan style cuisine, which is not bad, but it’s not the Mexican food that I am used to. This place had the Mexican food that I was craving. My wife brought stuff home for the family for lunch, and we will for sure be headed back soon. Excellent food.

Birrieria Spot has the most amazing food! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and made with love. Their specialty dishes like the birria tacos and loaded fries are a must-try. The customer service is always friendly, and the food truck is clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I got the birria tacos and the churro’s, and was super excited to try them, I have tried Birria before and it’s one of my favorite things to order so I was excited to see what looked like it would be authentic birria, however I was really disappointed to bit into it, and the taste was 100% lacking. It was still good, it just wasn’t the flavor I was looking for. I’ll stick to mamas tacos for that one I guess. However the churros were so good, I would definitely go back for those, my friend got a taco and said it was delicious so maybe I just got a bad batch, will try again!

Birrieria food truck was amazing! We had the birria tacos, which were incredible— the meat was tender and was perfectly balanced with spices. The staff was so friendly and efficient, making the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. The prices are affordable, especially when considering the high quality of the food. My boyfriend is Mexican and is harsh critic when it comes to authentic food, but Birrieria passed the test! This food truck is a MUST for anyone who loves authentic Mexican cuisine!
