Good place to get comfort food and terrific drinks. The food is made fresh and is very good for a very diverse menu. Wonderful soups and salads. Don’t miss the fries. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The bar has lots of action and a good drink menu.

Very good lunch menu with some of the best Cajun fries I’ve ever had. The staff is extremely friendly.

The salads are excellent, but the menu has become very limited with many perennial favorites going by the wayside. (Perhaps a casualty of C-19?) The bar is fun – the kind of place where everybody knows your name. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The location on the river is a big bonus!

My girlfriend and I stopped in Westport for dinner on our way home to NY from a weekend in Boston. We were hoping for a nice, relaxing meal in an outdoor setting and were lucky enough to find Parker Mansion. Our server quickly guided us upstairs to the outdoor seating area, after which we were presented with the complimentary bread and hummus, which was very good. Both of us were very pleased with our meals and liked the setting on the river very much. The staff was very quick to take care of our needs at all times, but left us alone for the right amount of time while we enjoyed our food. If ever in Westport again I would certainly like to come back.

Outstanding service. Without going into too much detail, Nick the bartender helped us out in an amazing and generous way when we were in town for a family funeral. Went way above and beyond for us and we’ll be forever appreciative. Tip him (and the rest of the staff) well, they are phenomenal.

Always consistently good food. Staff well trained and very pleasant. We mostly eat at the bar because of the friendly attention of the bartender. If you haven’t tried this place it’s well worth a visit.

Prime Rib – Terrible … back to back visits. First visit was Trumbull where they told me they would hold 3 medium rare ribs for a party of 3. We get there and all they have in an overcooked end cut and one medium rare rib.
They could care a less about not holding them for us as they promised. Went to Wesport tonight (3-31-19) and ordered a medium rare prime rib. It was clearly reheated (the reheated side placed down in the plate to try and hide it) in the oven leaving one said medium well and the rest medium. Prime rib at a diner would be a better choice than here. I did not try anything else. Staff must have known the food wasn’t good because they never asked how it was. Avoid avoid avoid (for prime rib anyways). I will never go back and never recommend

Great patio- great service- nice and delicious overhanging the Saugatuck River – sitting with its back-facing the charming gorgeous Saug Bridge. upscale clientele with a laid back vibe. Acoustics are only tough spot but a good ice breaker & excuse to talk closer thanks Parker. Fun times- more to come

This place is hit or miss. It seems like people mostly come for the appetizers which are very good, including the filet tips and the tilapia fish tacos. However, the main courses are left to be desired. The crispy chicken sandwich and fries were very good, but the fish with the strawberry amaretto butter on top proved to have poor flavor and texture profiles. In addition, my roast chicken was overcooked. The chocolate chip cookies for dessert were good because they were soft, but they could have been better. They should have been served warm and with ice cream instead of marshmallow fluff which added nothing to the dish. 3.5 Stars.
