Definitely a friendly hangout. Everyone seemed to know each other and very crowded Friday night. We were lucky to get there before crowd arrived. Regardless service was excellent. Most of our party had wings. They got high praise, unfortunately I ordered honey mustard and they turned out dry. But good size. Would I order them again, no but not sure I’d find a return trip necessary.

We really loved going to the park tavern but lately its gone way downhill. Tonight my daughter and I took the grandkids to have a meal and waited 10 minutes to be asked if we had been waited on. I replied “no” the waitress started to walk away and I said ” the table is sticky, would you wipe it down please”? She said ” ill be right back. 10 minutes later we left and will not be returning. Too many good places to eat that have better food and better service, stay away from the park tavern!!!!

My husband and I went for an early dinner and shared a combination sub and crispy honey cajun wings. Oh my gosh, that sub was packed full and delicious and those wings are the best around!! We have always had delicious food and our server was so fun and friendly. Chris, the owner even came out to check on us and make sure our food was ok. Thank you for making our meal so enjoyable.

Nay is AWESOME. She took great care of us despite the place being totally slammed. Food came fast and according to order. Best sweet potato fries in Erie. My white pizza and hubby’s sub were great.

Chicken wings overcooked. Ranch fries too much ranch. Pretzel appetizer , pretzels seemed old and tough. Cheesesticks and cheese curds good. Shrimp basket, steak and esp the ribs very good. Jack and ginger drink tasted watered down or flat ginger ale. Been awhile since our group had been there.

Pros,good consistent food (except when wings are precooked and sitting waiting to be reheated when ordered), cold beer with decent selection of craft beer, able to reserve tables, usually good service. Cons, place hasn’t had and updates or $ put into it in maybe decades and it shows, bathrooms are just atrocious with sink barely hanging on wall and walls are solid rust with holes in floor, floors in dining area are thoroughly worn out. Very cold in winter due to block building also no vestibule at west facing door with tables only feet away, muddy parking lot. But It is still popular and busy due to regulars and wing lovers!
