I wish I could give no stars horrendous service service. The lady that took the order was very rude, and as my dad was giving his order she said I said hold on a minute which she did not. Then when my dad pulled up to pay for his order he said thank you and she just looked the other way how rude. And then the young man that gives you your food was super rude he practically through the drink in my hand to the point almost dropped it!!! I wanted to just pull off after the lady that took the order lied and said she said hold on a minute. Terrible service terrible location and I don’t plan on going back ever. We just went out of convenience after church anyways because it was the closest place!¡!

The workers were nice BUT service was poor. There was 1 car in the drive thru and nobody inside so I ordered inside. I got a regular burger, a snackwrap and a 4pc mozzarella fry. I waited 15 minutes. On top of that this is what a snackwrap looks like. What a shame. Edit.. don’t be fooled by what they call “fiery”, not an ounce of spiciness

Worst customer service ever. 8pm. No one in line. Female at drive in said she was too busy. Would be 45 minutes before she could take our order. Lobby was closed and no one was in drive through. Guess she didn’t want to make the business money. Corporate should look into this.

I go there fairly often and the people there are pretty nice people, one employee (I believe his name was Kenny) ran outside after they forgot my sauces today, he was amazing, making sure I got my sauces.

I pulled up to the speaker and told the employee I had a mobile order and after I said it she laughed as if my order was a joke, I then rolled up twards the window, infront of me was a pretty upset customer asking for a refund. After 5-10 minutes pass it’s finally my turn and the person at the window tries giving me the wrong order, I then proceeded to read her off my order. She then reads it back to me missing an item. When I told her I also got the pickle fries, she proceeded to tell me to pull up my order as if she didn’t believe me when I said I ordered it. She was super snarky with me and then she gave me my food she slammed the window before I could say thank you. Food was good, service was poor

We only stopped because there were not many fast choices. I don’t like how they try to bully people by pulling add revenue on platforms to push their beliefs. It’s gross, their food is ok it was way better back in the day. But just know this the moment you think B.K. would be fair and not say your guilty before the accusations even pan out. You’d be wrong. So we only ate this cause it was convenient and the only thing fast, usually we drive rite by.

When I decided to visit this place as a fun little treat with my big kids and fresh new baby, imagine my disappointment when I discovered my sweet bundle had a blowout and my only option was to handle this messy tragedy in the floor of my van hunched over like Quasimodo in the blazing sun as other customers pass by me in the parking lot… All while surrounded by the faint smell of flame broiled patties, oh and baby poop.
Let’s be real, tired parents who don’t feel like preparing yet another meal for their children make up a huge part of your customer demographic. Meaning the odds of needing a place to change a diaper while inside your establishment are quite high. Please consider saving the mental well-being (and backs) of caregivers by this simple addition.
