I WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT WE HAVE CHANGED UP THE HOURS BECAUSE OF THE PRESENT CIRCUMSTANCES… Family owned, 3 generations, breakfast ,lunch and dinner served. Homemade biscuits and gravy hand cut ribeyes, famous hand breaded tenderloins. Smoked BBQ baby back ribs, smoked beef brisket!! Haystack is the favorite for breakfast you better be hungry. We have very good portion sizes!! We have wonderful people that work for us the wait staff is very helpful and friendly!! We started in a little town in Rushville, IN we are a small family restaurant with big family tradition. You will not be disappointed please come down and see us in New Castle or Rushville, IN.

First time visiting this restaurant. They offer a large variety of menu items all made fresh to order. Breakfast is available daily and many special offers available daily. Our family tried the fried catfish, Ruben sandwich, and pan fried chicken. Everything was hot fresh and very tasty! Everything seemed to be made/fried to order just like at grandma’s home! Large portions for a very fair price. Highly recommend based on our first visit! We will absolutely be returning very soon to try many more items on the menu.

So we got fried chicken Swiss steak country fried steak. Chicken was fresh hot with steak was tender tasteful White grey was awesome. Mashed potatoes great. Ate very well for 30 some dollars. It was definitely worth a stop fresh hot food, fast friendly service.

The menu includes all the classic diner favorites with rare finds like the pineapple salad and broccoli cauliflower salad (both highly recommended!).The food was very good/ well-seasoned, the service was great, and the prices were incredibly reasonable, especially in this economy!

Park is our go to restaurant whether we want to sit down for a nice meal, or grab carry out to eat at home. They have an extensive menu which offers breakfast lunch and dinner all day long. They have an incredible wait staff and their food is fantastic home style cooking. Their food is truly outstanding with large portions and great prices. It is truly easy to have a meal at Park and pay less than going to a fast food restaurant!
The majority of their meat is locally sourced, and the quality is the best you will find. They have daily specials that are always amazing, from ham and beans, to cubed steak, or all you can eat fish most Fridays. If you want the absolute BEST breaded tenderloin sandwich in the country, and I have tried a ton, get one here! The large size is literally as big as a dinner plate, and it is mostly meat rather than breading, unlike many other places.
Remember to save room for a slice of their numerous homemade pies. The fruit pies are especially good ala mode. They occasionally have homemade cobbler or cakes that are wonderful also.
Park Restaurant is truly one of our favorite restaurants in this corner of the state and I can highly recommend you visit them!

Great variety of menu items and good home cooking. I stopped here as it was recommended to me and this was my 2nd visit. This time I had Grilled whitefish, green beans and broccoli cauliflower salad, fish was well seasoned and portions were generous. Be sure to save room for dessert! I had sugar cream pie this time. Service was good and atmosphere was homey.

I’ll tell you what if you haven’t been to this restaurant you are missing out. This by far is Indiana’s best diner I have ever been to I do restaurant reviews all over. Not just big portions, but it is super delicious food is actually seasoned well. The staff is so friendly. This is a small business family owned here in central Indiana they have been in the restaurant business since 1986. I truly cannot believe how good it is. In today’s world it is often not worth going out anywhere rude service, or barely food that’s been thrown together. This place hits the mark every single time. There is absolutely positively no restaurant like this forget your Texas roadhouse, forget your Olive Garden, cracker barrel they don’t have a drop in the bucket compared to the taste and quality of the food that is served here at this diner. If you get a chance to go it’s well worth the drive from anywhere. Hands down this is the best restaurant I have ate at in probably 30 years. Do yourself a favor run don’t walk. If you come by, and it’s Super busy pull in, and come in because they’re quick to get you a table, and it does not take long to get your food the staff is so excellent.

Excellent food!! I ate here with my parents on a Thursday evening. It was very busy but the food was great. We all left satisfied with our meal. I would recommend the ribs and the chicken livers. They have several pie choices that all sound delicious. We will definitely be back!
