I’ve ate here around 3 times within the last 6 months (I live about an hour away it would be more) and every single time it has been amazing! The chicken wings are to die for and the sauces are so flavorful, the flatbreads are good sized and also very delicious and the shrimp were some of the best I’ve ever had! And for the service it always is phenomenal the first time we came here our waitress even gave my son a free little bag of popcorn while we were waiting for our food. The restaurant is also very clean and the tables are always spotless and floors are very clean. Whenever I am in the Norwich area I always try to eat here.

Great place to grab a drink and some decent food. They recently added some new items to the menu, including an “everything” sauce for wings. One of the better wing sauces that I’ve tasted. They also cook up a heck of a burger. Service is quick even on the busy days.

Waitstaff is okay friendly. I’ve been here multiple times and found the only thing on their menu that I like is the wings. My family drinks water with lemon when we go out because its cheaper and a healthier option than carbondated beverages or alcohol. I asked for extra lemon in mine and got 1/8 of a lemon just like the other two in my party. Tonight, on New Year’s Eve, the wings were not great and the bleu cheese was runny and did not taste at all like bleu cheese. The other two in my party seemed to enjoy their mediocre meals, but perhaps my standards are too high.

Tried here again, reluctantly, as the servers are always rude…The price for the food is very unreasonable. I can get better food that is actually cooked, down the street for a better price and I would have, but they were closed. The coleslaw was literally “cabbage salad” and mayo. The chicken “tenders” came out of a bag obviously, not fully cooked. The pretzels were not cooked either and the middle was extremely doughy. The restaurant was not at all busy so I am not sure what excuse could be given. Save your money.

We went in to try the Friday special which is all you can eat fish and chips.
Our expectations were low considering it was a Friday night and an all you can eat situation, we expected the service to be slow and the food to be subpar, but for $15.99, if it really sucked we could grab something else. We’ve had their burgers before and they were really good, so that was our potential backup (I’ve included a pic)
The host sat us promptly. We noticed and commented on the popcorn machine they had and he told us it was free and asked if we wanted some, when we said yes, he came back with a plate full. Our server, Sabrina, came by to get our drink order as well.
We asked about the special, she told us it included a salad and cole slaw, so we both ordered the special.
She came back quickly with our salads, which were decent house salads.
Food came out quickly and it was very good! The fries weren’t as crisp as I like them, though they were reminiscent of the “chips” I have had in England in the past. The fish was quite good. Cooked all the way through, not excessively breaded, piping hot and crisp. Good flavor. We were really pleasantly surprised.
While eating we noticed Sabrina was really hustling. This restaurant typically does a good job of providing you with what you need before you need it. For example, the special came with side containers of tartar sauce and ketchup.
Sabrina checked on us several times to see if we needed anything, and we asked how the all you can eat worked. She said the kitchen was closing (at 9 pm), but she could put another order in for us. We decided to do another order of the fish (skipping the fries).
Shortly afterwards, the fish came out, done exactly as it was before. Love the consistency! The total of 4 pieces of fish and fries and salad was enough to fill up a “decently sized” hungry man.
Overall, a very nice experience. Food was good; service was great; the vibe was typical sports bar on a Friday night, plus they were having some type of dance party there starting at 10.
Actually, wholesome comes to mind. This isn’t a dingy sportsbar with sticky floors and tobacco laden wood paneling, it’s more elevated than that. You’d also think that when a place has all you can eat for something, it attracts certain crowds which may not be the typical clientele, maybe they came in earlier, but the crowd around 8pm was a good sampling of age ranges and men & women. Noticed some couples dining; groups of guys; groups of ladies; families and double dates.
Nice to see this in Norwich, glad they survived the pandemic and seem to be getting back into the swing of things. Hoping with supply chain issues and staffing shortages getting better that this place will keep excelling.

Customer beware. My son’s and me went to park place day after Thanksgiving sitting at bar and we all was drinking and the bar bill came to 308 dollars one of my son was drinking wine and they must of figure we was to drunk and just pay the bill ,well they charge us for 5 bottles of wine not 5 gglasses know we all make mistakes but really.. then one of my son won 224 dollars on the game quickdraw lottery and she gave him 24 dollars and when she was questioned on it she the bar maid said oh I didn’t see the other 2 on the ticket. Smh. Two mistakes in about ten minutes just beware especially to your bar bill. Will that stop me in going there probably not but I will pay closer to the bill though.

We took are Twins for their 21st birthday. Food and drinks were excellent as usual. Service was fantastic as always.

Service was terrible wasn’t busy at all and waited 25 mins to be seated then the waitress was rude and unpleasant. Then when my daughter an I received our food our plates were slammed down I ordered a blue moon and it tasted like rotten milk and I ordered the western burger and it had a off taste and was dry and daughter ordered the hamburger sliders and they were a brick. Now if that wasn’t enough we ordered a salad which wasn’t even touched yet and the waitress come over an try’s to take it away without even asking if we’re wanting a box or if we’re done .this whole daughter and father date night was ruined due to such unprofessional behavior.we will never again waste time or money ever again!!
