I had the Pilsen FatBread which was excellent. I could taste the different flavors. I also had a beer which was very tasty.
It’s a great place to visit solo or with others. I highly recommend Park Manor 75.
I came with a group on a Tuesday. I expected it to be dead because it was winter. But there was a birthday party going on, so it was lively.
The server seemed a bit overwhelmed at first, but he was extremely friendly. In fact, everyone was so accommodating and made us feel welcome. Service was a bit slow, that may just be because they were busy for what would normally be a slow Tuesday.
Drinks and food were top notch. My group was surprised by the quality of ingredients. For example, we had a watermelon cocktail… and it was made with Real. Watermelon. All quality, premium ingredients. So you’re getting your money’s worth. It’s all black owned spirits, beer, and wine as well. The cocktails are spins off classics and some with unique flavors. I will say there were a few different menus, yet overlapping menu items, that made it a bit confusing to order.
The fatbreads and dips were divine! We had the tomato and chimichurri dips and Pilsen and Park Manor fatbreads. So so good. The onions, mild sauce, and lamb is such a good combo.
The atmosphere is so cozy, yet posh, funky, and inviting. I’d love to come back on a weekend when the back bar is open with a DJ. And, well, I signed up for the rewards program, so we’ll definitely be back!
Much love from the team at Wild Blossom! <3
Cheddar dip was pretty good.
That bread though… just charge for and give two loaves per one order of dip. My goodness that bread was phenomenal. Crusty but not hard. Soft and fluffy interior. You’re thinking “But it’s bread.” Quiet yourself, it was an experience that i was not prepared for.
Queens manor was tasty. But my favorite was that one whiskey drink with the blueberry vermouth.
My lady enjoyed the wine flight.
