Calling all Long Island vegans! Come visit this spot and try their delicious bakery quality vegan goods. I strolled by this spot and decided to pop in to see if they carried any vegan desserts. To my surprise they had a whole refrigerated section with vegan cakes, cupcakes, chocolate chip cookies, and some of the best donuts I’ve ever had! Not only was everything I bought so tasty and fresh, but also extremely affordable. I got a 6 pack of giant cupcakes (with filling) and a 4 pack of donuts for only $21. They also do custom orders for weddings or any event. Please support this spot as they have something for everyone including gluten free, salt free, sugar free, or just classic Italian pastries.

We had a party at Mannino’s Italian kitchen in Commack today, Sunday October 19th 2025 and Park Bake Shop made the cake for our parents 60th wedding anniversary. Not only was the cake absolutely delicious but it was so beautiful too!!! We can’t thank you enough for providing a magnificent cake to help us celebrate this special occasion. While it’s hard to see in the photo, the cake has silver sheen of sparkle with silvery gray sparkle writing. Just gorgeous and classic. !

I go every year for one thing. Their mini jelly donuts. They are phenomenal! BUT all their baked goods are excellent. (I’ve had other items as well) Should be noted, they have a very large Gluten-Free section.

A long standing pillar of the Kings Park community, Park Bake Shop has been an exciting place to go since I was a small boy. I’m in my forties now. There are some cookies that I’ve been obsessed with my whole life and something like 15 years ago, they changed something in the way they made them and they were nowhere near as good. I brought this up and they actually CHANGED THEM BACK. I have no complaints about them except that the prices have gone up reasonably over the years, then maybe about 5 or 6 years ago they skyrocketed. Still a place to take the kids and myself for a treat, just not as often. Otherwise, nothing negative to say. You won’t be disappointed.

Welcoming staff keeps asking customers if there is anything they can help. So don’t be intimidated if you aren’t familiar with the baked goods just ask what they are and how it tasted I am sure they will explain it. Coffee/drink was self-service which I like. Decent air conditioning and seating area for a quick eat.

Their cronuts are the best!! Especially glazed and cinnamon&sugar ones are our favorite. Their coffee tastes great too. Employees are all so very helpful and friendly. We always stop by for their coffee and sweets before going to Sunken Meadow Park. I highly recommend their pastries!

Park Bakery / Park Bakeshop …. Oh whatever do I say…. My friend Kathy & I frequent this place at least twice a month! We never leave disappointed in the least.
When visiting friends in the area, this is our favorite spot to get desert. They also have a wonderful Kosher selection for those of you wondering…
Here are some of my faves from Park that’s on repeat….
The absolutely BEST crumb cake I’ve ever had. The topped crumb portion light & delicious, definitely not a messy crumble! The pastry/cake lower portion is as light as air! You def get an undertone of exquisite vanilla on your tongue setting them off singing to the desert gods for sure. The desert itself is a great compliment to a delicious cuppa coffee be it breakfast or evening desert. For those of you wondering if it’s sickly sweet… NO…. It’s not… it’s simply perfectly balanced. It’s certainly not going to back anyone off.
The Donuts… it’s best to preorder the night before so you’re guaranteed your selections. This place sells out of goodies fast!
Donuts…. Vanilla crème stuffed with a custard & topped with vanilla icing, a mighty delicious jelly sprinkled with sugar on top, delectable Boston cream, and my absolute favorite… The PBJ (peanut butter & jelly). The best donuts on the planet I tell you! I’ve never quiet tasted anything else that remotely comes close! The peanut butter used is ridiculously good & that jelly…. Leaves you licking the very last drop! The fillings are not skimpish in the least…they are nightly overstuffed.
My friend Kathy ordered my birthday cake from here & it was Uber delicious!!!! The strawberry shortcake was super light & strawberry filling tongue pleasingly delicious!!!
